I went to this DQ yesterday and left very disturbed by my experience with an employee who clearly was not mindful of proper sanitation and cleanliness. As I walked up to the DQ, I saw the young, male cashier through the window. While he was serving another customer, he used his bare hand to wipe sweat off his forehead and then continue to handle the customers money. Then, I ordered my dipped cone. He turned to prepare my cone and I was extremely surprised to see that he DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. Not only had he been handling cash and credit cards at the cashier, but he had touched his sweaty forehead and hair. I have worked in both the food industry and the luxury hospitality industry and I know that these are two major no-nos if you are handling anything near peoples food. Finally, he handed me my dipped cone with his unwashed hands and I was disgusted to see that his fingernails were long and each had dirt underneath them. Another major no-no. Fingernails should be clean and short. I really want to see this DQ location succeed, however, I will not be back, nor will I recommend this location, until I am certain that the management has taken firm action to ensure that their employees are obeying the standards of cleanliness for food establishments.

Love dairy queen but not the service.. 3 staff..no other custmers. Bought 2 boxes of frozen treats so asked for a bag..kid pulls one out, places it on the counter and moved onto a new customer..really,you couldnt put my stuff in the bag....

I will never go in the store again I walked in today 5 people behind the counter so I walked up and one girl almost got my fingers trying to get from behind the counter what ever they was taking about was good So the one

Walk up Dairy Queen, limited menu. The staff always seems to be new and learning, very inconsistent on orders(sometimes overfilled, sometimes less then ordered). The sitting area outside is frequently dirty and smells.

The worse customer service. Pick any other dairy queen, person acting as manager rude argumentive I will never return I alone cant make a difference but as a group boycotting we can make a diffrence

Limited outdoor seating (I think four total tables). No indoor seating at all save a few bar stools. Pretty consistent and plenty of parking.
