This negative review is only when ramon is not working. He is great, not many positives besides. I walked in at 10:27 am to order breakfast. The fairly new employee with a shaved head and tattoos on his arms noticed me, and scurried in the back area. I noticed two clocks while i surveyed for any other employee who might look to help a customer, as i was the only person waiting at the counter, the clocks both said 10:28. When the associate finally made his way back up, he told me that breakfast was over. He said breakfast only goes until 10:30 am, and i replied it was only 10:29, to which he said "well its 10:30 here", at which point i pointed at the two clocks which both still said 10:29. When i explained that the reason i missed his self imposed deadline is because he did not care about someone standing at the counter. He, a coworker, and the manager on duty just shrugged their shoulders. I would rather have a high school student employee who struggles but cares, than an adult who just plain does not care at all!

Im disabled ordered coffee made it hinted hoping somebody would help me carry it out to my car cuz I could hardly walk with a cane much less anything else but nobody offered but other than that I got great service good food its great place to eat and the cashier is the managers are very courteous

The people were friendly and the food was efficiently distributed; four stars because when we drove away I realized the Hersheys pie was not in the bag, so we had to park and go in to inform them of the missing item. Not a big deal, but annoying enough to knock it down one star. Im not mad.

Since the remodel it feels a lot nicer. Taking off 1 star because no joke, I went in for a burger and they were out of Beef. I thought I traveled to another dimension. All they had was chicken which was super confusing. I mean how can you be out of the one thing you are named after?

Food is alright. I prefer mcdonalds in almost all food categories; French fries, burgers, shakes . I think their chicken fries are the bomb though. No other chicken nuggets compare to the chicken fries. Prices are somewhat expensive.

Great customer service but horrible food every time I eat here I throw up so do my children at first I thought we caught a bug but if someone in my family throws up every time thats not a bug this place is gross

The man whome I assume is the manager acts like Im not worth his time and throws the next available employee at me to take my order. However everyone else is pleasant.

Management seems generally clueless, and the food is substandard for Burger King franchises. I avoid this particular restaurant. Theres a decent Taco Bell next door.

This burger king is probably the best one I have been to. The employees arent morons. They speak fluent English. Havent had them mess up an order in 50+ orders.
