NOTHING was good about our service tonight. My boyfriend went to this location to get 2 rodeo burgers and a HAMBURGER on a non seseame seed bun and was given THREE rodeo burgers. To start he said when he got there the 2 employees where outside smoking. They never repeated the order back to make sure it was right and got the simplest of things WRONG. Your employees are not preforming brain surgery and hardly need a high school education to do there job. The least they could do is get a order right. Thanks for wrecking my night idiots I was really looking forward to that hamburger. Not sure if I will be returning to this location again in the future at least not after hours when a manager or competent person is not available.

Whoa... What a cluster! Super slow service, they were messing up peoples orders & two of the girls were standing around doing nothing. In fact one girl was laughing out loud at a woman whos order was messed up and ran out back laughing so loud it made another girl laugh so she ran in the back too. VERY unprofessional! They didnt put my shake together with my order, a gentleman apologized and said they would get it but after standing there waiting and still no shake, I asked if they had to milk the cow. This place needs a serious revamp!!

THE GENERAL MANAGER IS LAZY AND ALL HE DOES IS SIT IN THE OFFICE PLAYING ON HIS CELLPHONE USING A FACEBOOK APP... ITS NO WONDER THAT STORE AS GONE DOWN HILL... EVERY TIME I GO IN IT LOOKS LIKE CRAP... AND APPARENTLY THE DISTRICT MGR WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT HIS STORE MANAGER. THEY BOTH MAKE THE OTHER MANAGERS LOOK TERRIBLE... IF YOU HAVE A BAD EXPERIANCE AT THIS LOCATION ITS BECAUSE THE TWO MAIN MANAGERS DONT CARE ABOUT THE JOBS THAT GOD BLESSED THEM WITH...

Hate Hate Hate this place! Went to pick up my lunch today and while standing at the counter for 10 minutes while watching the staff all in the back talk and goof around with each other, not once was I acknowledged or asked if I could be helped! I finally left and went home to make something there. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I will be sure to tell everyone I talk to about the horrible service at this location.

Very limited knowledge of food. Missed our onion rings on 4 separate occasions and no one here seems to be interested in working. Horrible location and has ruined burger king for us! Definitely see why they are hiring since it appears that no one here is really working. Fix it. Avoid this place.

I love their food, but this location is soooo sloooow. I have driven off more than once. I was there again last night and I was the 2nd car in line. I waited in line for 5 minutes after ordering before driving off. The poor people in front of me had already paid and were forced to wait.

Says theyre open until midnight but every time Ive driven past at least 10 mins before midnight, the staff have already closed down.... STAY OPEN UNTIL 12-MIDNIGHT IF THATS WHAT YOUR HOURS ARE!!!!!

Only eat here if you want to be sick quite often. Wont be going back again. Service SUCKS, food tastes horrible and the place is D I R T Y. I wouldnt let my dog eat here, why did I?

I go here quite often and have no problem but the night shift that works here is very very slow I once waited 25+ minutes to get my food when there were only 3 people in line.
