White Castles are never of amazing quality, but this one is a step above the others. This one had the nicest of employees Ive had the pleasure of placing an order with. Plus, despite being in a poor area, the folks eating there were all very respectful and reserved. Of course it had its downsides, the place, as mentioned before, is in a bad area of Bloomington, so how readily youre willing to visit is a component. Along with that, the place was a bit dirty, and there were clearly messes that werent touched. Overall, it wasnt a bad trip, and if youre in the area with a certain hankering for some Sliders: go for it. On a side note: Kudos for not having stray onions in my Sliders. The Hopkins location put them in there even when I ordered them without for some reason.

Second worse service Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was acknowledged when I drove up to the speaker being the only person in line at that time. A truck pulled up behind me shortly. But then I literally waited 12 minutes for her to respond through the speaker.The parking lot was empty beside three cars parked in the side lot in a row, obviously the employees cars. I placed my order with the lady to have her say it was going to take 30 mins becaus of all the orders infront of mine. What orders! I was the only person there! I think the lady was to lazy to even bother trying to cook my order. I drove past the window slowly and there were Three employees in a circle, arms crossed not doing a damn thing... Go figure...

Disgusting. The bread literally tasted like cardboard, it was really bad. the patties were flavorless and had holes in them. Dont know what the hype is about. Krystal (a chain similar to white castle) in the south is infinitely superior. I assumed White Castle would be similar quality but I was quite mistake. The burgers are also more expensive at White Castle than Krystal as well. Dont waste your time.

The food from this White Castle gave both my fiance and I horrible indigestion. The chocolate milkshake was the best part of the meal. The service was good overall, although it appeared that the cashier had intellectual disabilities, which made it difficult for him to process our--and the other people before us--order.

I love White Castle! They are cheap, they are open 24/7, they have lots of different options to choose from. The French fries are "crinkle fries" and can be avoided. Everything else is pretty tasty. If you look at their app, they can pre-make your order and there are special deals to be found.

The store was open, people were in line waiting for their food at the drive through. But they told me to wait and then told me they are not accepting orders. What a joke. Good job hiring lazy people at this White Castle!

Got breakfast here a few times always a long wait even when there is no line in the drive through. Was just there, no line, pulled up and was told they would be with me in a minute. Waited 5 minutes before I drove off.

Fun fact: my grandfather actually died in the parking lot here while eating a White Castle hamburger in 1985. Needless to say, as I was along for the ride, this location will always hold a special spot in my heart...

Work at white castle and the food and service are excellent....i dont just say that cause I work there! Also we serve fresh (actual) breakfast....nothing like that processed crap you find at BK or McDonalds!
