I live in south Moorhead and was eagerly anticipating the openings of Noodles & Company, since I have eaten at the Fargo location and liked it. I went there on a cold winter night and was in the mood for some comfort food so uncharacteristically ordered macaroni and cheese. It was THE WORST thing I have EVER had in any restaurant - ever!!! I couldnt eat it. The noodles were cold but worse than that, there was no cheese sauce. There was a piece of American cheese that had been put over the top of the noodles and zapped in the microwave. It was only partially melted and it wasnt mixed in with the noodles. It was just little pieces of partially melted American cheese on top of cold noodles. Absolutlely horrible! My meal was to go so I couldnt take it back ... instead I gave it to my dogs. A 69 cent box of Kraft macaroni & cheese is ten times better than this was. I will not ever set foot inside this location again.

My wife and I took our 4 kids 10 and under. Good choices for the kids including lots of side options. A nice variety for us to pick from. I had the beef stroganoff...lots of good flavour, lots of mushrooms and the beef want chewy. My wife liked her Thai curry soup, but didnt find it was very filling. Overall fair prices. Staff was patient and polite, brought us our food promptly, and offered to take our empty bowls. The bathrooms are clean and modern.

Good place for a meal. They have good food. Its really nothing spectacular. The pad Thai was pretty oily, but was ok. I wouldnt say authentic or anything. The Mac and cheese is quite tasty, I always enjoy it. Spaghetti and meatballs is pretty good, but needs more tomato sauce. So if your looking for a change away from typical fast food, this is a good change!

Food was ok. Like another reviewer mentioned, it needs more sauce. Ive had pad thai all over the world including Thailand, unfortunately, this one wasnt really authentic. Chicken was grilled, very little tamarind sauce, egg noodles didnt feel fresh. The reason I gave it 3 stars was for the kind and prompt service.

Pretty good food. A little pricey for a quick meal, but not bad either. I wish they added more sauce. I really like the Wisconsin Mac and cheese with chicken parmesan

Always accommodating, never a long wait. Best service of any of the area noodles locations. Never a bad experience so far. Food is always hot, and very quick.
