I have eaten here twice and both times the staff is split between the people working and the people half working. Today a girl started taking our order filled one plate, set it aside and walked away and did not come back to finish our order. The poor kid at the register was running himself ragged trying to keep up with his work and hers. Food wise, I was terribly disappointed. I ordered 2 beoccoli and beef entrees and got less beef than I should have gotten in one. All the vegetables were under cooked and my daughters teriyaki ckicken had zero teriyaki sauce. I know the place is busy but maybe replace the half ass staff with people who care.

Hello, if you want to eat at a Panda Express and want to at least get a little taste of real Chinese food then this is not the place for you. I ordered food to go and when I got home opened up what smelled great ended up in the garbage. Rice was very stale and had whole carrots instead of thin slices and the orange chicken was very hard and my kids were not able to take a bite of it because it was so hard. I would not recommend this place. Rather stick to the one on town east.

If you want to wait in line like an IDIOT and not get your order and get skip by several people and the registers ignoring you.This is your place.My kids love panda express they eat it all the time but this location is closer to me .I do NOT recomended i prefer to drive a couple of miles more to towneast mall then here !

Always something wrong with the order. The service is sub-par and they always have a bad attitude. But what can you really expect in the ghetto. Wish they would actually hire intelligent people who know how to read and online order. Do not give these people your business your better eating at home.

The teriyaki chicken looked nothing like the menu photo and it wasnt cooked at all just warmed up maybe. I also got an allergic reaction from the food. But Im only allergic to fish?! NEVER GOING BACK!

Apparently the staff could not under stand English and gave me a double entree and then an extra egg roll but location is everything. Some service areas good and others better and it is what it is.

From ordering broccoli beef and rice/nuddles Awfull. 2 pieces of beef 8 pices of broccoli. Rice is hard and nuddles undercooked... NOT WORTH EATING HERE! MANAGERS HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS.

Lets face it, there arent a lot of good food places in Balch Springs. This is still a fast food chain, but compared to some of the other choices, it is probably one of your better bets.
