Totalmente Decepcionada! mas de 25 minutos para espera una hamburguesa y una torta las cuales están carisimas y ni siquiera incluye bebida, además de q para el timepo pensé recibir x lo menos comida recién hecha la carne de la hamburguesa estaba seca de lo vieja y ademas super delgadita y un pan muy grueso y también frio, la torta no estuvo tan mal pero tampoco era lo q esperábamos, las papas frías y aguadas y lo peor es q el servicio también fue pesimo!!!! Definitivamente Pollo regio se esta volviendo como las demás cadenas mientras mas crecen peor calidad!

First best chicken we have had. Second my husband and I went into this balch springs location to have lunch we got a call and had to leave the manager brought our food to us and we set off on our way we were originally going to dine in but because of the call we had to take our food togo. We carried out our plates and were going on with our day when the manager came out with togo containers. This was awesome I have never seen a manager care so much about his customers that he would take time to follow us to our vehicle and give us togo containers. He also offered to go get us anything else we needed before we left. We will definitely be visiting this location again. Food and staff are amazing.

The service was good, despite the fact it was packed. The food was AWEFUL. I ordered the Half a Chicken, as I always do, and it was raw in the middle, it didnt have the seasoning that I love from Pollo Regio. I assumed it was becuase the place was full that the food was so bad, perhaps management could forecast the amount of people they have to serve on a sunday afternoon and have more quality product ready.

Muy buen manejo, mejor que antes se debe al manager. ..antes estaba sucio y descuidado, lleno de moscas..ahora hasta los baños están limpos, el área de las salsas muy limpias

The food is excellent!!! The service could be better. The grilled chicken is always terrific, the taste is consistent at every location I have been to. The only complaint i have is that the seating area is not always as clean as it needs to be. When you ask them to clean it for you they immediately get it done, but you shouldnt have to ask

Decent food and a good price. Its usually kind of loud the couple times I came so it made it a little tough to unwind during my lunch hour. Great selection of sauces and the chips are awesome. Be prepared to get messy if you get chicken though. Not necessarily a bad thing though.

If you are not familiar with Pollo Region grille chicken then get acquainte. Amazing taste. there is always a small difference between franchises. And here, the chicken is well prepared. The staff is great amd friendly in the place is always well maintained, and not always crowded.

Ive been to many locations in the area and this is the cleanest one and the friendliest staff. There is nothing bad on the menu. #8 corn tacos are amazing with fresh cilantro and chopped onions. If you are hungry get the half roasted chicken. Salsa bar is exceptional.

Very clean restaurant. Very well lit place in the evening. Food is good for something quick and tasty. They offer a free salsa bar with fresh cabbage salad and juicy limes. Staff is ok.
