This place is AMAZING!!! Its worth your time to stop here. This boutique is top notch from the top to the bottom. Ive never had a bad food item here. The butternut squash sandwich is my favorite. This last time I went I shared it with a friend and they gave us each a cookie. Saying that they didnt want us fighting over who gets it. They are generous and think about the customer! Its a definite feel good place. They have a vegan sandwich that is not on the menu. Just ask for it. They even give a vegan cookie with it. The food is provided by local farmers and they have a list of them there. A true farm to market......market!! They have a very unique market that reflects the absolute charm of the store. The owner has the gifts of decorating and hospitality and many more. More than one person should have! The stores that exceptional!! Theres a very peaceful atmosphere there. Youll see people alone, in groups, on the patio with their dogs and it all harmonizes and works. Even the bathroom is beautifully done. I want to imitate it for my home. The hours are limited but kudos to them for remaining true to whats important to them and being successful. A perfect balance. Go experience this blessing and gem for yourself. You wont regret it!!!

We love Patina Green, Robert (the chef) & the whole Staff. Pam makes the best desserts (I dont care for sweets, but always tries what she makes). We have been going there for many years & every time it is just amazing. My husband has taken cooking classes with Robert & loved it! Once a month they offer a dinner (tasting menu), which needs to be booked ahead of time. It is also pre-paid. You can do it all & check it all on their website. Which also shows the daily menu for lunch. Everything they make is made with love & they really care for where food is coming from - which we appreciate it very much. Our favorites are: the house salad, tomato bisque soup, califlower sandwich on hippie bread, & vegetarian tacos (available sometimes on thursdays - taco day). We are very grateful for having such a great option to eat REAL FOOD not far from our house. BTW, they are now open 7 days a week serving lunch, fresh produce & antiques! Thank you guys, Linda & Greg :)

This place was amazingly good! Its way over the top hipster and I could rag on hipsters all day but man do they make damn good food. I got the roasted turkey sandwich and hubby got the lamb meatloaf sandwich. His was better we thought but they were both really really great. Lamb meatloaf: bite starts with a satisfying crunch of toasted bread and veggies, followed a second later by the strong meatloaf flavor, in turn tempered by the mild goat cheese to round out the mouthful. Impressively put together; for all the lumpy carrot and shredded slaw inside it is amazing that the sandwich doesnt really fall apart! Surprised there wasnt lambs ear in the bathroom. There was a duck though. So if a great sandwich or a $200 typewriter is your thing, this is your place.

Overhyped to be honest. The sandwiches didnt taste different from any other place and were far more greasy than even a fast food place, also it was more like something you could easily make at home. The cookies were way too sweet and didnt taste like chocolate chip at all. The chips were decent, the Cheddar was ultra bland though, and the service was awful. They didnt greet us at all and often gave us scowling looks. Overall, overpriced, horrible service, mediocre food, Id rather anyone planning to eat here for a try to eat somewhere great like Urban Crust or Spoons, those places are really nice.

My wife and I dropped in for a bite to eat on a random Tuesday afternoon and we were both blown away! Hands down the most exquisite ham and cheese sandwich and tomato bisque we have ever had! The service was fantastic and my wife loved their in house brewed iced tea and jalapeño jelly. We will definitely be returning - costumers for life!

Patina Green. What a treasure. Wish there were more places like this. Had amazing pecan biscuits with rosemary butter and tea this morning. Great service. Neat shabby chic atmosphere with earthy organic undertones. Truly unique. Will be returning with more guest to experience the greatness.

family get together and Im the only vegan. So I called ahead and the woman who answered said the chef would make a vegan sandwich. When I got there he said he would make the best vegan sandwich, and he sure did. It was great. I didnt get to thank him personally but it was delicious!

Always seem to get the ham and cheese, but since it is literally (Yes I meant that) the best sandwich in Dallas I probably wont stop. Love the sides (beet salad FTW!) and soups are well done. We look forward as a couple to the cookies - when you get 2 different kinds = Bonus!

This is my favorite place for lunch, everythings always fresh and delicious. The tea is so refreshing and who doesnt love a cookie after lunch. I miss the spinach salad and hope they put it back on the menu as another salad option.

Super fresh and tasty sandwiches. They make their own bread and support local farm producers. Charming restaurant and top notch products, you cant go wrong here.

Good stuff but a little crowded and a little pricey. BOB (brisket on a biscuit) a little over rated and a little over priced.

Awesome gourmet sandwich shop. What unusual but classy sandwich combinations with great ingredients that compliment each other

Patina Green is well deserving of the Best Sandwich Shop in DFW title given by D Magazine! I highly recommend a visit!
