Recently ordered takeout from Port Clinton location... First time in a while. I have never been so disappointed in a Pizza Hut pizza! We ordered two medium pizzas, one with cheese, green pepper, onion, bacon, and pepperoni. The other was a medium pizza with double pepperoni. The green peppers were huge slices, some large chunks, rather than small diced like in the past. The red onions were the same way ~ large slices and some large chunks. Theres barely any cheese on either pizza, and barely any sauce. In fact, we can barely taste *any* sauce at all on the pizzas. Double pepperoni? No, just the regular amount. I have heard complaints from friends that our particular PH location in Port Clinton, OH has gone downhill in quality, but wow! I am shocked and saddened. We really wasted money that we cant afford to waste on dining out ~ in fact, it was a special occasion and we treated our family to pizza as a celebration, only to be very sorely disappointed.

Although it may seem as though what you get isnt edible; believe it or not, it is. After the order showed up 15 minutes late, it was room temperature. The "chicken wings" were more like chick wings and you just have to feel bad for the birds who were harvested early just to be served cold. The garlic knots had been chillin a while and while sauce may have disguised their age, alas, there was none. I paid about $24 including delivery but its about $8 quality. The only way Id pay $24 again is just to challenge someone else to eat it. If you DO decide to go, make sure you order 2 drinks to choke down the abomination. Go anywhere else and youll be better off (cannot be worse). P.S. It was so bad I decided to do my first review.

My husband and I ordered carry out. The pepperoni medium pepperoni pizza may of had a total of 8 pieces of pepperoni on it, and barely any sauce. The pazone we ordered was a joke! It looked good on the outside but the inside was hollow with very and I mean very little filling. There were a few pieces of very thin ham a few crumbles of sausage maybe 3 hunky pieces of green pepper and 3 pieces of onion in the whole thing. It was the worst and to charge 6.25 for that is ridiculous! I will never get anything from there again. Stay away from there they re a rip off!

Horrible order is more then 2 hours late and the manger keep me on hold for 30 mins really bad business and the store needs new management Now after talking to the manager at 8:20 she promised that our food will be here in an hour now its 11:12 at night and nothing trying to call the store but get sent to the hot line to figure out whats going on and still on hold next time Ajs heavenly pizza at least their on time and dont doge calls

The last time we were here, we had to wait for pizza to be put on the buffet. And as soon as they brought the pizza, it was pretty much taken! They needed to have more pizza quicker! Also there was not much a variety of flavors of pizza. We also had to wait for cinnamon bread sticks and garlic bread sticks.

The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes to order, they werent even busy. After ordering the food came quick. The waitress never check on us. I ended up taking the kids out to the car and waiting for my husband about 15 minutes later. But the food was great.

We have ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza a million times, and the last two times were terrible. They were barely pepperoni pizzas with lack of cheese, pepperoni, and sauce. Plus they screwed up our wing order. Terribly disappointed twice, afraid to try again.

Use to get pizza here once a week as my family loved Pizza Hut. The last three times (as I give the benefit of the doubt and tried again) the pizza was just gross.. no cheese. Toppings scarce. Service full of eye rolls and heavy sighs. Went down hill quick.

3rd time this summer i left after waiting almost 20min to just be seated. only 4 tables with people at them and another group waiting in front of me to be seated too. either cant staff properly, or dont care about customers...either way will never go back

Went there on a Friday night.. waited 15 minutes to get seated. Finally got seated and we didnt get acknowledged by a single waitress. Waited 25 minutes and didnt even get our drink order before we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Horrible crew.

Worse experience ever! First they forgot my drink for carry out and I had to drive back for 10 min and they still messed it up with diet or regular drink. Now I have cold pizza and wrong drink.

Food was great but every table has dirty plates and cups for the whole entire time we ate. No one came by and picked up the dishes. On top of that we were served paper plates and cups.
