I went here today for dinner. I never did get anything to eat though. On my way there the delivery guy was apparently returning from a delivery in a hurry as he cut me off and almost caused an accident. When I got there I asked a waitress if I needed to seat myself and she said "yes, Ill be with you in a minute". I found a table and took a seat. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. After about fifteen minutes of waiting I decided to show myself the door since the wait staff was apparently too busy for me. Granted, I did come in at a busy time of day, but this was a little ridiculous.

This store cannot keep employees. The buffet is constantly running out of food. The chicken is often under or over cooked. The dirty dishes pile up on the tables while the staff stands around the register talking. We almost never get our requests before we leave. The managers are mostly teenagers with bad attitudes. Ever since the old store manager left, this restaurant has really gone downhill.

Never had a problem with this place. The broasted chicken is amazing and the wait staff is friendly. Ive done the delivery and suggest actually going in to eat since the delivery can take a while and the pizza is usually soggy when you get it. In their defense though that the way most pizza is delivered from any pizza place.

When you order a pizza at Pizza Ranch in Marshalltown without cheese and ask for extra sauce you get one hell of a good pizza. At other places when I order extra sauce I might get a smear of extra stuff here I got enough extra sauce where it really tastes good. The manager here runs a really good crew excellent place to go.

Our bill was $32.56. I gave the cashier $40.56, & he wasnt going to give me change until I said something. We asked for a thin crust Canadian bacon & mushroom pizza. When it came out it was a regular crust sausage & mushroom. They did remake the pizza correctly. The chicken thigh my mom had was very dry & old.

I agree, the pizza on the buffet is always ok.. the salad bar is great, and the hot buffet is great. mashed potatoes, gravy, hot wings, bbq wings. And the chicken is second to none. The guy that says its over cooked is crazy. Fryed juicy goodness. the best in town. Should change their name to the chicken ranch.

Everything was empty! No lettuce, cheese cucumbers, salad dressing, cactus bread, desert pizza ,chicken, etc! When asked at 7 if they were refilling the buffet they said yes in 5-10 minutes! Seriously this is a buffet right?! Sorry I came ;(

The staff was great, but the place seemed really dirty, tables were sticky, and the pizza was not as good as other Pizza Ranchs we have been to. Plus they were playing secular music which was odd and offsetting to hear at a Pizza Ranch.

Chicken is the best, we call it the chicken ranch. BBQ chicken is worth the sticky fingures. Pizza, we request our favorite, The Stampede w/o green olives, they bring it to our table piping hot. Best buffet around.
