I lived in the Czech Republic for 2 years and enjoyed the food everyday. This food is as authentic as it gets!! The cook starts cooking everyday at 7 am and cooks all day. All of the food is amazing!!! The service was wonderful Pavlina, and the cook were so kind to speak czech with me and make it an amazing experience. Your entre comes with soup and dessert and you get a ton of food. The svickova is a very traditional czech food and it is super good! Didnt have the cranberries and orange slice on it but the dumplings were so good and the gravy and meat were perfect!! My wife got the segedinsky goulash and it was spectacular as well. If you want sute tic czech food this is the place to go! And super cheap as well!! Thank you czech plaza!!! Dekujeme!!! Chutnalo to nam moc dobre!!!

All the food is well prepared, and there is a lot of love and caring that goes into it. Everything is homemade, fresh, and delicious! THIS IS A MUST TRY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS NOT BEEN HERE! For those who have had a bad experience, please give it another try. The Drozda family will be retiring on July 18, 2016, and new owners will take over the beginning of August. If you have eaten here in the last 27 years, drop by to thank the family for their dedication and make the meal a good one! Hopefully the new owners will put as much love into the restaurant as the Drozda family. PLEASE COME BY!!!

Ive been dining at the Plaza for over 25 years and have yet to find a place that makes the pork tenderloin better than they can! No matter where ive moved ive always made an effort to visit with the family for a great meal! My kids love it as much as I did when I was their age and really hope to see this place never leave! Looking to try something new or just to have a great lunch or early dinner with the family then this is the place for you! A must try!!

Czech Plaza is an iconic Berwyn establishment that has been a mainstay of Berwyn dining for multiple generations, offering excellent and large portions able to fill the most demanding of stomachs and carrys out easily for those of more modest needs. The wait staff is friendly, efficient, and contributes to an environment of west meets east European ambiance. Very affordable, very generous, and a beacon of Central European culture.

Visited this lovely place today. The owners are so nice and their son was just such a nice boy. Will be visiting again soon. Just so everyone knows the Drozda family will be retiring on July 18, so please, please, give them a visit before they close, you will not be disappointed!!

Great place. The service is very attentive, helpful, and encouraging. The food is positively decadent in portion sizes. The food prices are insanely affordable and their offerings on czech beers are very good. The bar doesnt have seating but there are ample tables available.

When I lived in Berwyn, I always used to eat at Czech Plaza Restaurant. For my birthday and my great grandson birthday, which is coming up July 10 2014 for my great grandson and mine on July 15 2014, we will be eating there again. The food is excellent and so is the service.
