First off, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. What that means is an operational efficient delivery of low quality ingredients whose flavors are masked by various sauces. Taco Bell doesnt deliver the highest quality food but they do a good job of innovating new foods and they rarely mess up an order. I havent eaten Taco Bell much at all in the past few years but back in the day I used to eat at this location quite often. It has always been better run than the Taco Bell on Hampton and Singleton but has still been fairly hit or miss over the years. This time I ordered a 7 layer burrito and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Im happy to see that prices have not increased the past few years. Back in the day I thought these items were overpriced. Now, given inflation, they are priced about right. Probably the only major operational mistake that is somewhat common at Taco Bell is that sometimes they will make an item too small. That was not a problem this time. Both my 7 layer burrito and cheesy gordita crunch were completely filled to an appropriate size.

The food was ok. The soda SUCKS!!!!NONE OF THE SODAS TASTES THE WAY THEY SHOULD. Its like the machine has never been cleaned or the carbon-to-mixture ration is way off. I have spoken to manager about it several home. He shakes his head n says ok. Come back its the same. I watch people til up cups just to pour it all out to find 1 flavor that is find 0ne tolerable. Wonder if they care how much money they are wasting there alone.

Theres no sign that KFC is closed after a certain time. We had to wait 20 min to get to the order window and couldnt get out due to a car being behind us then took another 20 for the 3 cars in front of us to get their food so we could finally leave. The wait time is super slow! 40 minutes for 5 cars?!?! Either they need more workers at night or they need better training...

I asked for sour cream instead of avocado ranch on my steak tacos and then they charged me an extra .39 for each taco for the sour cream. Then when I asked why the manager said they didnt substitute. What a rip off!!! Definately wont go back and will tell everyone I know and work with near there how they treat customers!!!

This is Taco Bell and KFC. This place is horrible!! The chicken was horrible. The Manager brought this cold crispy chicken to my table. It was like it had been cooked way earlier. Nothing was hot and fresh. The cashier was really nice and helpful though! Wont be back to this location.

The typical fast food Mexican good expect but this particular store location is very slow in getting you your order. 9 out of 10 times you have to pull up and wait for your food in the drive thru. Even if you are the ONLY one in line.
