My experience was unbelievable. My 7 year old nephew in line we both clearly said Cowboy Special . Young man gave him extra dollar to purchase tacos to get the deal the young male cashier so caught up in dollar exchange he decided to ring up the order without the cowboy deal. Well he argued with me and the manager they charged $4. For 6 tacos without the special and told me I would have to purchase something else to get the cowboy touch down in 1st quarter free jumboo Jack deal. I said give me my damn money back and man get give me my tacos back . Being a previous employer as one my first jobs I was disappointed because I New the manager could if adjusted due to cashierr error.instead both did not service properly and my nephew disappointed so I gave him my cowboy special and list my appetite. My other nephew and brother where there watching both ignorant suckers disservice me. Hell with the magnet burger. Jack in box is not like it use to be. Customer service and management is horrible. Im punished because their listening skills is not attentative.

Me pare a pedir un desayuno y le pedi ala cajera un desayuno con queso y huevo solo y me dijo que no lo pueden hacer asi que me tenian qhe cobrar el bacon ahunque no lo pusieran y le dije ok el combo y le pregunte que ai me podian dar el cafe grande pues page el bacon pero no quiso y eso me parese injusto .no me buelvo a parar aqui .

Terrible! Disgusting! RUDE! The little Hispanic chick ignored us for 10 mins then when she finally decided to take our order she looked away at another coworker. I also noticed only 2 of the 4 employees working with food are NOT wearing gloves or hair net. When we get our food she COMPLETELY forgot my husbands sandwich and my dads milkshake and stated we got all of it. When i showed her did not she goes back, finds it and practically throws is at me. The bathrooms were disgusting! It smelled like urine and something else.the whole inside is just gross looking and dirty. The A/C vents had condensation dripping out of the ceiling on to the floor. HELLO SAFETY VIOLATION!

tried to call at 1145 pm may 28 2012. got no answer. wanted to know store hours. went any ways i know some are 24 hours.food was hot prepared SUPER DUPER FAST tasted great.asked for hot sauce and got barbeque.... no big deal though i say 4 and a half stars for this jack in the box.... i am a big jack in the box fan please learn the different in the sauces guys come on. pick up the phone i love yall i would not of gone because of no pick up but my girl is pregnant so had to go

This place is so much better than the piece of crap DQ across the street. While at DQ we waited 35 mins for our freaking food that we never got (we ended up leaving to jack in the box) and horrible customer service... we were very pleased with the fast and efficient not to mention great customer service given from this facility. We ordered, paid and received our food within 7 mins. Thank you!

Has to be one of the worst JITB I have ever been to, was served like warm fries @ 9 am, both breakfast croissants were smashed together. I waiting at the drive-thru for someone to come back, the blonde walked back to the window and saw me and walked away.... Im in Customer service... This is unacceptable.

Very dirty, outdated, uninformed staff, my burger had been out so long it got hard in the warmer (burgers shouldnt crunch) fries were old, it was only 830pm. We love jack in the box, this location has left our stomachs sick, and unable to even think of another visit

This has to be my most visited place through out my work week. Easy to get in and out, affordable, and just yummy. The staff is friendly, well trained, and well managed! Great location, and I am very glad they are there.

The food was bland, Im surprised, I love Jack in the box tacos but there was no cheese, barely meat, mainly, a lettuce and sauce taco. My cheddar jalepano bites werent cooked all the way.
