Went to this establishment, was looking at their advertising monitor. It showed the lunch specials on the screen, it said Monday thru Friday until 2.00pm. When I tried to order one of the lunch specials, the cashier said that was not their specials for the day. She said it was posted on the wall. When I explained that the monitor shows the lunch specials for Mon thru Fri she said I couldnt get that one. I asked to speak to the manager, but as always the manager just stepped out, leaving idiots to run the store. Was very dissatisfied with the the service and the way they handle it. I told them that was false advertising. Would bot recommend this store to anyone!!

Welcome to chicken express we bout to close may I help you Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Could not care less. About my order or me being there. Went to order chicken 15 mins till close and all they have is tenders. Closed down and all they were gonna serve was tenders. Lock the freaking doors at 930 if thats when you close but the sign says 10. Total donkeys who dont care about their customers. Will never return to this spot.

The management sucks here and you cant call in to corporate cause there just as bad and they will just tell you individuals own there own business and they want do nothing about it , we came in not knowing what to order we ask the coworker she. Was blank we ask the manager he was blank I said you cant tell us anything that would be good on the menu , he said no and walked off

I JUST LEFT THIS PLACE THEY GAVE ME COLD ASS FRIES THEY EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE ASS HELL THEY DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER RIGHT SO I WENT BACK IN THERE THE GIRL SLIDES MY FRIES ON THE COUNTER FOOD WAS COLD AND HARD I WISH I WOULD GO BACK WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I LOVE EXPRESS BUT LANCASTER WONT GET MY MONEY NO MORE THEY NEED A NEW CREW MEMBERS!!

Food is good most of the time. Restaurant is clean. Most of the staff is friendly. Manager Danziah has a nasty attitude and always seem to not want to be at work nor want to be bothered with the customers. Customers keep this place in business but apparently thats not a concern to management.

I enjoy chicken express but this is the first time I had to ask for plastic ware and had to ask for napkins etc. The employee that handed me those items I was needing did not have a pleasant attitude. Thats the only reason they get 3 stars other than that food is great!!

This chicken express service sucks,they had young girl working the drive thru that wouldnt listen,and screwed up the whole order. I would not recommend this chicken express ever,make the drive somewhere else. They need to train their people better.

They dont offer the same sales and specials as the Red Oak chicken Express and a few others. Its just easier to travel to the others.
