This was the 1st time we was going to eat here and we put a order in at 1030 am for a 1200 pm order delivery, well after 3 calls to the shop and the order came to us at 1235 pm today, we did not take the order because we only get a 30 min lunch, we called the manager and they said there was a mix up with the driver, but did not offer anything to us so we would try them again, all I have to say is very poor customer service. I will never eat there again . thank you.

J and W was referred to me by a friend. His referral was great, but when I put that chili in my mouth it was filled with happiness. My B.L.T. Double Decker was, as Snoop Dog would say, "The Chronic." The staff was working there butts off, and they still managed to have time for quick and friendly service. What a great vibe I felt part of when I walked in. Thank you for an excellent experience. I shall return.

In a class that is having J&W Sandwiches brought in. Everyones selection looked great! I had the Little Italy (very good) and was coveting another fellas BLT. Food was so good that I pulled up their location to visit in the future. Will definitely be visiting... Note: Google requires all elements be scored, so Im entering excellent for Decor and Service, though havent experienced either yet.

Great food at a great price! My family just ate here and the philly steak meat was seasoned very well. ..the ooey gooey cheese was great and the buns were perfectly toasted! DELICIOUS! If we didnt live in Iowa this would be my favorite place to eat :)

A completely nondescript little sandwich shop, with no seating to speak of. But the ham and beef double-decker is fabulous, and the price is unbeatable! The little Italy is extraordinary. Dont judge the place by appearance and youll love it like I do!

Real subs not the subway sh.....t. Andy is from Long Island, and he knows how to make a sandwich. You get a lot of value for your money. It aint fancy, but what they do they do well. Pick up or they deliver. I go there at least twice a week.

This place is a total hole-in-the-wall but if you want a great sandwich, hot or cold, this is one of the best places to order and pick it up. I prefer to order through the Eat24 app or website and usually the food is ready within 15 minutes.

The amount of food I received for $6.80 was incredible. I order the double-decker ham and turkey and could not believe the size of it. I also got the macaroni salad, and it was phenomenal. Cant beat this place if you want a sandwich.

I ordered wings and fries. Upon delivery the fries were cold and the wings had the taste value of 0. My 10 yr old can do better! Nothing spectacular about the barbecue or the Buffalo sauce. My first and last time ordering! 02/05/2016

Great sandwiches and great value!!! We order J&W at least once a week for lunch. We havent had anything bad. The Gyro is awesome, and so are the signature sandwiches (Little Italy and New Yorker).

Only worth considering for carryout; minimal seating, and the "kitchen" area was smokey to a worrisome degree. The sandwiches are huge, with no major distinctions either positive or negative.
