Food was excellent as always(even though I gave it a poor rating because I wanted to lower the overall rating because) Service is lacking. Was told it would be a 20 minutes wait which is expected on Saturday evening. 20 turned into 40. Was finally seated and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the table. Server was changed half way through the meal, then changed back again. Sat waiting 10 minutes for a server to stop back so I could get a to go box. Manager came over asked how things were. Asked for a box, 5 minutes later server came back asked me how things were. Still waiting on a box. Probably should have asked for the check too. Gonna be another half hour..... Waited for about 25 minutes for a to go box. Surprise surprise, didnt bring the check. Never coming back to this location. If I didnt love seafood so much, I would never return to any red lobster because of this terrible service. Total time in restaurant - 1 hour 55 minutes minutes for soup, salad, and shrimp Alfredo

Fresh everything and great service. Once on a busy night, the manager came over to check our schedule that evening to make sure wed have our dinner in our own time frame. They served according to our wishes. A bit pricey, but they are very accommodating when it comes to left overs with great re-warmable containers and special bags from the rolls (be sure and take those home!). We almost always have a second dinner at home. We go there at least once a month and its one of our favorite places.

Because of a truck repair taking longer than expected I stopped in for a meal that has now been hours long. The staff have been incredibly accommodating, polite and conversational which is something I needed. Had a small issue with a dish, not even worth mentioning, but the general manager took care of the issue immediately and was so professional. I absolutely recommend if you are in the area to stop in, have a meal and enjoy your time.

The food is good, although the last time we went my wife and I were both I asked to show our IDs twice. Once to the waitress, which is understandable, but again to the manager while we were half way through our drinks . It made the meal feel extremely unpersonable. Im well aware of the sting operations the local police conduct to fine restaurants for under age consumption, this seemed a bit excessive.

My husband brought me for a late dinner on my birthday and I would have to say that we had an extremely great experience, we love this place and always have great service but I would like to acknowledge the night manager Alex and the best server Bobby B. because of them we will be back sooner than later. They provided great customer service even though we showed up a half hour before closing time.

This is a place where you really like it or you dont. We have always had great service, Im just not fond of the food selection. I feel that everything tastes similar. Its a good place to go once in a while but my family frequents the place so it gets old. Great service and lobster tank in the entrance.

Meh, its a homogenized megachain. It is what it is. You can get more creative fare with little effort, but if youre just in the mood for food without trying anything new or unique, its one of the better ones at what it does.
