So we waited in the drive though for about 20 mins, which maybe they were under staffed, but the lady taking our order just said "anything else" which I think is rude and made us felt rushed. We get to window and the girl takes our money and give us the change saying it will be right out, 10 mins later shes talking to a guy inside laughing have a great time and not worring about the 7 cars behind us as well. As we see our order sitting on the table she keeps chatting away, finally a girl yelled to her, our order was ready. With no rush at all she walked over slowly gave us our bag and said " sometimes I just want to punch them" talking about her co-workers. Really!? That isnt funny because you should be doing your job like the rest of them are. And the best part is that when we finally get home, we open the bag, and its not even our order!! It was a big waste of time for us, very unhappy. We like Taco Bell, but I dont think Ill go to the plymouth one again.

So they take like a good 15 minutes per drive through order every time I have been here in about a month in a half. Dont even great people when they pull up to the order screen. Just sat here for 5 minutes looking at a blank screen, so I pulled around and now I am behind someone who has been here for 10 minutes already. You guys are pathetic. But at least the food comes out right.

SLOWEST taco bell Ive ever been to. Also the rudest employees ever. I was forced to spend over 20 minutes in the drive thru because I was blocked in by 5 other cars. I understand it was busy but I had to wait 40 minutes all together and was stuff in the drive thru with no choice but to wait. Was late returning to work cuz of this. Slowest fast food ever. Never going back.

I waited for what seemed like FOREVER for my food. The restaurant was completely dirty, floors, dining room, bathroom included. They did not give some of the customers their cups. The wait was unusually long, and the staff was unprofessional.Even after someone said the dining room was dirty, they STILL did not clean it. I wont be visiting this location again.

The workers are trashy, will argue with you if you think your food is wrongly made AND WORST OF ALL, they are so damn slow that theres no way taco bell is even turning a profit worth these people working it, clearly understaffed as well . 35 minutes to get through the drive through just now. Per the usual.

My order was completed 10 seconds after I ordered it, and it was perfectly made. Even on days that are busy, I still get my order within the minute, unlike all the other fast foods places in the town. They clean tables immediately after people depart from them. The employees rarely make mistakes.

Honestly terrible, work down the street from here only 2 to 3 times ever have they got my order correct. Waited half an hour to get a burrito that apparently consisted of lettuce and cheese with genuinely nothing else in it. I wish it was not such inconvenience to go to this Taco Bell

The worst taco bell in history, 15 to 20 minutes drive thru times, no sauces even after they ask what sauce you want, bad attitudes, manager walks around outside on phone while I sit here in line forever. Taco meat is watery , shells are mush and impossible to eat. Avoid if possible.

I told them I was allergic to dairy and they still put cheese on my burrito then when I said they put cheese on it she didnt understand I had to repeat again that I have a dairy allergy and instead of helping me and fixing the burrito she slammed the window on me....

Service was very poor. Cashier would take one order then disappear for a minute before returning. Food took way too long to prepare. Also did not even get my order correct, nor the womans ahead of me. By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a Taco Bell.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience in my life.. spent 15 mins in drive thru with only one person in front of me.. then they got my order wrong and had to wait another 20 minutes for 2 tacos!! SERIOUSLY! Never will go here again

Customer service is great. The food was fresh and delicious. Only down side was that they just opened and lobby tables werent cleaned and floors were not swept. Like they forgot to do it at close.

Always a good time at this Taco Bell. Getting items Fresco style helps lower the calories and you cant beat the cheap prices. I like this ones fountain beverage station too
