I am not surprised to see so many "1 star" rating on this place. My boyfriend just went there today for the first time and ordered some boneless chicken wings. Regular and parmesan. He noticed when he picked up the bag, it was a little light. When he reached his car to eat the wings, he says they were smaller than a chicken nugget from McDonalds and they were disgusting! Wait! Theres more... He only took one bite from each flavor to test it. When he went back and told them he did not like the flavor, and he thought the size of the food was way too small and he would like a refund, they told him they do not do refunds. All they could do was make him a new batch. They called the manager out and my boyfriend told him he didnt like the taste of it, he didnt want a new batch. They would not refund his money. There was only a bite taken from the regular kind and a bite from the Parmesan kind, it wasnt like he ate some of them and decided to return them. They were really disgusting! He was so upset, he left the bag of food on the counter and walked away. That is HORRIBLE customer service. Shame on the manager for allowing that to happen. He either takes a customer service course or look for a new job. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE!

So I just tried this place for the first time... Its underwhelming. I had the limited menu sauce Music City Tennessee sauce on the snack (8) size tenders, and they were hard as rocks which was interesting, but still too hard for breading, the sauce didnt even soak in because it was so tough. Do note that Buffalo Wild Wings is known for their heat! I was told the heat was going to be as hot as Thai peppers.... Nope! It was Not! It was Tingly hot, but it wasnt even Tabasco sauce hot! I didnt even need to have a sip of a drink once. So you know thats not hot when you dont need to drink. And the french fries were just so-so they had the skins left on and boy were they dry and super skinny. I definitely dont think I got my $14 worth. I think Ill stick to Pizzings in Abington or Marshfield its totally worth the trip! And Pizzings has 30 different flavors ...and you can see them make it... and they deliver local. Not to say BWW was bad, I was just a little bit more than bummed for the price... It just didnt rock my socks off!

Hubby & I went here on a Saturday. There was no line, no wait. The host was very friendly, asked if this was our first time. He showed us the menu & went over the special. Our waitress came over, introduced her self and was friendly as well. I like the fact that you can customise your wing order down to drumstick and or flat part. Hubby likes the drumstick, I like the flat. We also had the mac&cheese balls - with bacon - this was good! For chicken wing sauces, we stayed humble as we are not spicy food eaters. We got, garlic parmesan, mild & lemon pepper. It came with blue cheese & ranch dipping. Let me tell ya why I dislike this joint. They sell themselves on being a wing place. Sorry, but your wings are terrible. Youre supposed to flash fry a wing so I turns out crispy. Yours turned out greasy and soggy. The sheen on my toilet solidified my resolve to never return to any Buffalo Wild Wings. The spice/rub/sauce thing you use is miserable and a poor excuse for flavoring. Youre supposed to be professional at providing a unique taste to chicken wing. The second star is for the girl that was good looking in a tight outfit and gave us friendly service. Felt bad leaving her a 15% tip because the food sucked. Never going to a BWWs on my own free will again. Not sure the septic tank will handle the grease.

The wings are always good at Buffalo Wild Wings no matter which location you go to. And it is a great place to watch sporting events, especially football. My favorite wings at this location were the Carribean Jerk and Spicy Garlic. The fact that they have Dogfish 60 minute on tap doesnt hurt either. However, this location is extremely small so our wait to get a table was extensive and parking is not easy as its attached to the outside of the South Shore Plaza. In addition, the staff was just so-so and it took a really long time to get our food.

I love BWW but I wont be returning to this location. The staff here are friendly enough, but not at all attentive. Several tables around us were all complaining about the wait time for their orders, which were cold when they finally arrived. We didnt see our waitress again after she took our order - the kitchen staff finally delivered our food. After I gave up waiting, I paid for my meal at the counter at the entrance. Dont expect more than one drink unless youre sitting at the bar. Shame really as I am a big fan of other locations.

last night me and my daughter was seating at the bar for 15 minutes no one even say hi to us at 15 minutes the bartender come she askend me if i want a drink i said yes i want a corona she take 10 minutes before she bring it to we ordring food after 45 minutes i ask her where is my food she said she going to check she come back she told me the lost my tiket so i pay for my drink i left the place ill never go to that place again

This Place is by far the worst bww Ive ever encountered, Please DO NOT i repeat DO NOT go there! Ive went there 4 times giving it the benefit of the doubt and they disappoint me every time. They constantly mention blazing which can get extremely annoying, all my server (2which were bartenders) were rude and slow and seemed like they didnt know what they were doing. Food Taste fake and tables are never cleaned

I saw the bad reviews before heading to this location but thought, hey most reviews are around a year old and by now they probably got their act together. Boy, was I wrong! Only 4 tables full and still managed to give such a bad service. The owner/manager of this location should be a case study for how I screwed up so much at customer satisfaction and stayed in business for so long.

A random outpost of the wing-based sports bar chain. Everything is pretty standard, no surprises. Be aware that the televisions will be blasting several different sporting events at all times throughout the day and night so conversation is basically impossible. Wings are perfectly tasty. Service during the day is distracted, but it sharply improves at night.

The place is there quaters empty and to get a drink from a half caring staff member took 10in. 35 mins later I am still waiting for my meal to be served. This place is well on its way to shutting down if you ask me. Id be better off going across the way to Dave and Busters at least I would have eaten by now
