I dont usually post reviews. I stopped by today for lunch and the team seemed like it was unprepared for the few people in line. But thats not what troubles me. What troubles me is that the server was also the cashier and she never took off, or changed, her gloves from serving to cashiering. Im not a germaphobr but when it comes to money and credit cards mixing with food, no thank you. I left without ordering. This is a basic issue that tells me that cleanliness standards are lacking at this location. I hope that management takes note and polices this issue.

I pick up food for my husband here every few weeks. The manager is hands down one of the nicest in the area. Always makes sure to greet you and see you get your order. I never leave without a smile! The employees are also extremely friendly. The food is hot and delicious. I can 100% recommend this Boston Market to anyone. They seriously should send this manager to train others; such a great attitude and you can tell he cares about his store! :)

Dirty and the food is bad ! No wonder the parking lot is empty !! Beware! I called the main HQ and complained. They said the regional manager would contact me and that was months ago -- I am still waiting. Clear message that they dont care about customers!

Place seems underwhelming for a Boston market, lots of yelling from Luan the red shirt, lots of looks at customers who he found annoying, this guy reminds me of Sinfields soup Nazi, customer service he does lack.

Good reasonably priced. Not sure if they use hormones in their Turkey and Chiken but chances are they do given the massive volume they sell. Impossible to keep up with that kind of demand. Sad world we live in.

Way too expensive for the amount of food you get. Spent almost $40 on a dinner for 3. I couldve gone to Market Basket and got 3 days worth of food with sides for that.
