Poor service and undisciplined staff. I come to this location pretty regularly, but theyve been getting slower and slower, and messing up orders more and more. On my latest visit they mixed my order with the next customer, then tried to over charge me to fix it, and once the billing and order was figured out I waited 10 minutes to be told they in fact cancelled my order, and had just put in through again. On the abundant time I spent waiting I noticed the staff talked poorly to each other. Some bossy, some chatting, but neither of the two managers even flinched. They were generally uncoordinated, and lack of communication was evident in the poor service experience

i had gone there a few times, and dont get me wrong the place is great.. I placed an online order today and when I got home I was really disappointed with my burger.. I ordered it with grilled onions and not only were there no onions but there was mushrooms on it instead.. I hate mushrooms.. dispise them even.. after I saw that I began taking them off and I was going to let it go.. but then I noticed something else.. there was no damn ketchup.. I ordered 3 things on my burger for toppings. 3 simple things and they ruined 2 of them for me.

Great burger. I particularly like this place, because they will wrap the burger in lettuce instead of a bun (and I recommend asking for a bowl, too, or it will be a mess). When you ask for the lettuce, they even ask if its for allergy purposes so they can change their gloves! All extras are included in the price, the fries and shakes are delish, and the prices are reasonable.

Lets be clear. Youre not going here for healthy snacks. But if you want the best burger around and some darn good fries, this place cannot be beat. Ive seen the staff turn over at this biz a few times. More often than not, theyve had a good crew of people working here. When the chemistry is right, and theyre playing some sweet 90s rock, it can be kinda fun to eat here too.

This is one of the best burger places I have ever been. Good food online ordering and fresh ingredients. The hot dogs are great too. Fresh to order French fries and they always give you more than you expect. They are on the bit expensive side but you definitely get your moneys worth. So many toppings to choose from.

Food is good but the way they handle their online orders needs some help. The online system asks you when you want it ready; however, if you order fries, they wont even start your order until you get there ... even if you call ahead of time. Dont waist your time thinking you will get your order faster.

Great location and the new shakes are good. Had my first bad experience though, last week I got my usual mushroom cheeseburger & I think they used shiitake instead of the usual button shrooms. They were super chewy with a texture that doesnt work with an otherwise melt-in-your-mouth experience.

The friendly staff really go out of their way to welcome you. The burger is made to your liking because you choose what goes on it. I ordered the large fries, and I got a "bucket" of fries in my bag. There is no doubt that you get your moneys worth.

Fresh burgers and of course fries cooked in peanut oil. If youre going to eat burgers, you might as well come here. Meat taste like meat and not soggy or watery like McDs. The price is not bad at all.
