Just came from this place an hour ago. We came in a party of 11. Brought our friends here because it was their first time eating at this Restaurant. We were very disappointed with our server and most of all the service she had provided. Placed our order and it literally took 40 minutes for us to get our food! Our other friends decided to take their orders to go since our server never came back to our table after taking our order. Not once did she come back and ask how we were doing or asked for any refills. She had the worse attitude and kept rolling her eyes as she walked away. It was almost like she was avoiding our table the whole time we were there and she only came by to give our check. Never again will we come back to this place again! Embarrassed we brought our friends to this lousy place! I wasnt going to give any stars but since the manager that was there apologized for the crappy service and Server we had I gave it a 1 star.

We have had the pleasure of dining at other BWW establishments, so assumed that this would provide a similar and reliable dining experience. It didnt. As other reviewers have noted, the wait staff can be somewhat inattentive and yes, the food did take a while to arrive. When it did, several of the dishes has cooled to room temperature. The waitress misunderstood several parts of the order and we ended up with selections other than what we requested. For example, a side of potato wedges was delivered when we ordered the appetizer. I had ordered some mild boneless wings and found them to be pretty spicy. I ate only half the order and when the waitress gave us the check, she didnt inquire about what I had left so much food. Overall, our experience was sub-par compared to other BWW franchises. Given the plethora of restaurants in the area, this particular establishment needs to greatly improve its game.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite spot for food and drinks. However,This place gave me very negative experience. I have never seen such a bad service. I had place an order for lunch time and they told me food will be ready in 10-15 min i reached to pick up after 15-20 mins. I understand there is usually a wait however once i reached there i had to wait another 20 min to pick up. If timing was the only issue i would have not cared much. What made me write this review is the food. After all that wait when i went back to my office to eat lunch the chipotle barbeque wings were super hard with barely any sauce on them and dry and Parmesan Garlic wings were very mushy and under cooked. I dont think i will be going to this buffalo wild wings again and we sometime order lunch for our company as well. I dont think that will be happening anymore.

Its a mediocre place with a good atmosphere and decent food. If a place like this is going to brag about their hot sauce wings than at least bring something to the table. I know spicy food when I see it. The flavors were nice but without the heat to back it up. I thought the customer service was pretty good but it still took us a long time to get our drinks. The wing size was very average. at some point I would like to try the rest of the menu. If you are looking for an average American cuisine then help yourself. I did on the other hand like the availability to purchase the sauces they used and the extra large tv screens. The fact that it was in the Fox Run Mall was a very nice touch. I heard a rumour that they have a food challenge which I am interested in attempting.

Was excited when they first opened, as I loved BW3s as a college student; took a long while before they started making their way into the northeast. But times have changed- Wing itz is way better quality chicken. The sauces are nothing to sneeze at when you come to BWs, but all the other food is terrible and there are too few healthier options- I love my wings, but I need a healthy entree generally and not just your standard salad overwhelmed with iceberg lettuce. This location is just too loud with the TVs even when you want to watch a game. I love the options and not being stuck just with nothing but local games, but it is awfully loud between different telecast blaring at the same time.

Despite all the poor reviews, I took a chance and went here with my mom and mother-in-law because I wanted to see the hockey game while we were at the mall... There were a dozen tables open, yet there was a waiting line, we finally got seated in a crowded section instead of one of the empty tables that had a great view of the TV. Our waitress was quick with beverages, but our food took forever and was cold by the time it was served. Luckily the manager stopped by our table and asked how everything was. I told him the food was cold and he offered to take 2 meals off the bill. I was very disappointed as I usually love eating there but I wont go back, at least to that location.

Its an ok place to watch my football team because Im a fan of a team 1500 miles away. Often, the home team gets the majority of the tvs...which is annoying as it is a NFL Ticket establishment. Last time, my game got ONE tiny 20" tv next to a neon bud light sign...the glare was horrible. You pats homers really need 80 tvs??? Wish I could watch my team at home (hint-hint). The wings are good, its about all I ever order. Good spices/heat options. Six beer-limit...kinda lame, but I get it. Service is usually good. They sometimes make you wait in line when there are many open tables, tho. Lazy help that doesnt want to clean tables??

We ordered 4 flavors of wings along with some potato wedges. The order took about 35 minutes on a busy Saturday night. The service wasnt amazing, but it was bearable. Every wing flavor we tried was great, so I guess that makes up for the poor service. The potato wedges we ordered were clearly frozen, and very soggy, I would not recommend them. Overall, its a great place to come and watch the game while eating wings. Just dont order anything other than wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Newington, NH, was kind enough to host the Portsmouth Clipper Chicken Club. Both the manager and the waiters were exceptionally prepared for our arrival and were able to accommodate to our needs. It is pretty hard to serve 60 teenagers in the same 2 hour time frame but they did it! If you want a great night out with a lively atmosphere and fantastic staff, you definitely should come to Buffalo Wild Wings in Newington.

I love it here. I have always had good service! We usually come in when a patriots game in going on but sometimes we meet the whole family here which is anywhere from 8-15 people. Love the honey barbecue wings! The only interesting thing is after two beers you get a complimentary water and a visit by the mgr who makes the decision if you capable of having another beer. I get it but we have had to leave and go somewhere else due to policy.
