I have to start out by disclosing I have never personally tasted the food from Pizza Mia - but I did have such a good experience with them, and Im so thankful for it, that I wanted to share. A very good friend of mine was moving into a new home in Billerica this weekend, and anyone who has moved knows what an exhausting and stressful experience it is. I am down in North Carolina and was unable to get up to MA to assist but had an idea of a fun way to "help" and share in the day with a nice surprise. A quick search on Google brought up Pizza Mia and it looked as if they had good reviews and delivered to the location in question. I decided to order online and picked a Sicilian pizza, and Greek calzone along with some drinks that I knew my friend would enjoy. In the "notes" section of the ordering form, I indicated that this was going to be a surprise delivery so please let the driver know, and if possible, I indicated I would love for them to say that lunch was from Jacob. I picked the order time (12:15), paid online and hoped for the best. At 12:08 my phone rang and my friend was absolutely ecstatic. The surprise went off without a hitch, the delivery driver informed her that lunch was from me, she refused a tip from my friend (I had included it online already) and to top it off, that took care of lunch and dinner for someone who otherwise may not have eaten either. AND she said "it was scrumptious!" Thank you so much to Pizza Mia for making my day, her day and most likely earning a new customer for life in Billerica!

This review has nothing to do with the food .. it has to do with treatment I received today on the phone. I called for information regarding catering & the menu for catering. I realize I called before Pizza Mia opened for business, but I thought it would be a great time so they could talk to me without taking their time from their customers. Well, not only was I hung up on once .... but TWICE. I will NOT go back to this place for food even if they are the ONLY place open. No matter if you are busy or not able to talk at the moment, you NEVER just deliberately hung up on a potential customer ... you should ask them to call back at a later time.

Good value, fast free delivery versus the local Dominos which charges $3 for delivery. Nice late hours in a neighborhood where most businesses close early, 10% online ordering discount is a nice plus. Pizza is good, especially the Polo Gourmet & Californian, but their replacement of pesto sauce in various gourmet pizzas with a heavy cream sauce continues to be a culinary tragedy. Skip the jalapeno poppers, they are bland and the artificial bright orange cheese filling is gross.

Food taste doesnt even matter when the rude factor is through the roof before you even receive your food ... I work in customer service also and if I EVER spoke to a customer the way I was just spoken to I would be fired and completely embarrassed of my behavior. I understand busy but courteous is still expected .... geeeesh Decided to give them a second chance ... I cant believe how rude these people are to their customers TERRIBLE customer service ... just awful people

My go to whenever im hungry and too lazy to make anything... which is almost always. Online ordering is fast, saves my info and works great. The subs are not amazing but the pizza is great along with the burgers and chicken. They also apparently leave thier online ordering platform on when they are closed. So it accepts orders (for ASAP delivery) and deducts money from your bank account when the place is closed.

Absolute worst place! My family and I used to order from here all the time, never again! The last 2 times we waited over an hour for our food and by the time we got it, everything was cold. When we called they couldnt of cared less and said no refund! Great customer service a holes! Ill keep ordering from Hungry Tiger thanks, way better food!

My large pizza to go was crammed into a small box and the crust was folded over and sticking out the side of the box. I have never put salt on a pizza until I ate that one. Spicy fries must have been under a heat lamp for days, had to spit them out. Must have been a bad night b/c Ive eaten there many times and it was pretty good.

We got a coupon in the mail so we decided to try Pizza Mia. It was really great pizza! Opted for the eggplant topping which was delicious, sauce was great and the crust was cooked perfectly. Fast delivery too and an $8.99 coupon to boot. Will definitely choose them again over Mangia Mangia and Giovannis!

My 5 year old daughter got food poisoning from chicken here and he told me I must be mistaken even though she started throwing up violently 45 min later for next 10 hours. The end of conversation he told me to have a good day lol. Didnt even offer to refund the $7 chicken.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs for $9. I got 2 meatballs, and a little bit of sauce. I dont like the flat spaghetti. The meatballs were soft and tasted artificial or something. The sauce was pretty bland. Would not order S&M from them again.

My family and I have had delivery form here many times. The pizza and subs are always great. The people are always friendly on the phone or when I go in to pick it up. If your looking for a good pizza or sub shop this is the place.

Best pizza place that delivers to my area. :) Usually get the buffalo chicken or chicken and broccoli pizza. Sometimes the sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza is a little too liquidy, but everything always tastes delicious.

Let me start by saying this was my first visit. I knew ordering a buffalo chicken wrap with blue cheese would probably be messy, and it was. Portions were good, and spice was just right for my taste. Ill go back again.
