Monday 5/12 : Got in, got greeted and taken care of just fine, around 10 am. This was Zach. Saw Val. Went to get coffee and Light roast was out. Took Hazlenut instead. The catch area for garbage had plates stacked to the top of the wood. Box below was i/2 full. Cups placed in the utencil area. About 20 plates stacked. Stayed that way for at least 40 minutes until I left. Regular named Al stopped in and waited patiently for Zach to finish whatever he was doing... putting up menu boards, changing stock. He apologized to Al. Al places order, goes over to coffee, discovers same coffee out. He takes something different. Woman had been in line... Al left and this Asian gentleman came in from side and cut in line and was taken. Finally woman is greeted and taken care of. Nobody else around. Where are the supervisors.... why isnt Zach recognizing coffee out dishes stacked and telling someone. Wheres Val ?? This is NOT customer service. Total of 12 people in restaurant. I spoke to an asst GM the other night about the kids in behind the line screwing around. Talk to Suzanne about that. She knows and had gone up to the same mgr to point out these folks. I spoke to the asst GM to simply explain and amplify that this IS an ongoing issue. Responsibility. I do not wish to have my name associated with these complaints. I just want them changed. I come in to enjoy coffee read. Lately, I leave with stress, because for Gods sake.... you guys CAN DO soooo much better. A couple of names that come to mind as leaders are Kelli, Suzanne, Zehlia, and at least 2 others on the morning team together with so many that have left. What can be done ? GMs etc should be up front every 20 minutes. They can see whats happening and why. They can walk in on whats not happening. Break times, garbage times, unhappiness times by employees. GMs could come in on off times or days and observe quality of their unit - quietly @ table - no announcement.... then disappear. What would be good ? Recognition would be good. More $, free food, a gift cert to another type of rest or retail in recognition of those excellent people you have working for you.

Cold Soup! I visited this location a while ago and ordered a tomato soup and sandwich my soup came out room-temperature at best... sandwich was fine. I asked them for hot soup and they ran my bowl in the microwave for a bit and it came out lukewarm. Last night I returnedafter a couple months, it was 8oclock and I wanted something more wholesome than Wendys. I ordered the squash soup and a turkey walnut something-or-other sandwich and the food took a while to come out and my soup was cold again... not "cooled-off" cold but like it just came out from the refrigerator and given 30 seconds in a microwave... Food at Panera is generally yummy and at just about any other location, the soup comes out hot and steaming. What is the problem with the Woodbury Ave location? Is there someone in the food prep area who cannot use hot things? This stuff isnt cheap, and yet if I had spent half the money at the Wendys across the parking lot I am reasonably confident that my burger and chili would come out hot.

I have been going to this Panera for years and never had a problem until today. Usually the employees are very nice, and even though what I like to order is no longer on the menu they always say theyll make it for me. The cashiers today were very nice, but the employees making the food were complaining about me and my order... while I was standing waiting for my food. When I went to get my order and they realized Id been standing there, they didnt apologize. If youre going to complain about a customer do it privately, not where most customers wait for their food! I wont be returning.

This is one of the busiest places around lunchtime and for good reason. The food is tasty. Becuase it is so busy, I find that my lunch order is occasionally incomplete in some way. Sometimes missing a fork or spoon. Sometimes a baguette is forgotten or dressing for a salad. It doesnt give me cause to not go but, it also doesnt give credence to a larger star rating.

I love panera bread, it is the proper neighborhood bakery, cafe and casual hangout. They have good coffee, friendly staff, plenty of seating places, a nice location and affordable prices. Ive also tried their combos of soup, half a sandwich and an apple, a great and balanced lunch that is filling and tasty, also not too pricy.

Food is good, but there are 2 workers there who have screaming conversations with others, both customers and co-workers. Its hard to relax. And I dont like the checking in to see how the food is. It seems aggressive, usually getting me when my mouth is full, asking me what Im reading etc. when its none of their business.

I love it here. Fast friendly service however I have to listen to my boyfriend complain about the portion size. I dont normally have a big appetite so it does not bother me but if if I did I would be upset about paying $12 for pick 2 plus drink to walk away still hungry. So now we just dont go here together anymore.

I generally like Panera food, coffee, and pricing. Hence, why Im here. However, this store receives less than average marks for me because it opened late. 0611 to be exact. The tables havent been wiped down from the previous day. The staff is very friendly, but I am out of the South so Ill let that slide.

I live 4 minutes from here so Ive been alot over a long period of time, they litteraly are always out of a breadbowl, and cant even get a chicken noodle soup right, 9 out of 10 times they mess up and give you the wrong items because they are unorganized. Really, dont waste your time or money.

Nice place - exactly what we were looking for. Like all Paneras - very fresh, very clean - and I really like the panini sandwiches and the broccoli cheddar soup was outstanding. Prices are reasonable as well. Free hi-speed internet a big plus!

Always clean, nice seating, free wifi. Its a standard Panera with tasty food options, though not all that great for food restrictions such as gluten free. They have smoothies and soups and lots of sandwiches plus tasty sweets on display.

Food is very good and staff is friendly and fast. Prices are definitely on the higher side even considering the quality of the food. Very good selection of food as well. If the prices were lower would definitely be an extra star.

I generally like Panera, but cannot say this is a good value anymore. I got 1/2 a salad (which was quite small, with no chicken), a plain tea, and flatbread as my side, and it cost me over $10 bucks.

Always excellent quality - Always ridiculous prices to match. Half a soup and sandwich and a Smoothie - 17.00 dollars? Ffs ... smh. If price point isnt an issue - enjoy. 3 stars for asinine prices.
