Came on 4th of July at 11:00 am when they first opened, placed drink orders and food order at the same time, drink wait times werent bad, ordered steak well done and emphasized Xtra well done no pink, I wont send it back if too burnt, but will if not well done, waited so long for food, but figured it was well done so taking longer, nope not at all, bring it out and full of pink and blood, meanwhile my wifes smaller steak which was supposed to be medium was cooked to a crisp, and we had salads with our meals and you would figure they would bring them out before the meal, but wrong again. If people dont want to work on a holiday dont have them work as everything seemed to suck for me and family, expected more than this, well wont be here again. Try Chilis next door where I always get food prepared right and friendly service. TGIF used to be the place to go, but not anymore.

The employees acting like children and waitress not listening BC I asked for iced tea I got lemomade and she did not come by as often as she should have, if she did she would have gotten a much better tip! and when we needed someone we seen all staff just standing there with their phones. Food was not good. You could tell the fries were old and nasty, the chicken was over cooked and the ribs and shrimp tasted as if they were microwaved, but yet took forever when its not busy at all... Empty tables everywhere. Worst experience all around for a tgi Fridays. I give it a 1 star BC I have too not BC I want too.

Im rating one star because this is not our first bad experience with this TGI Fridays in Plymouth. I guess we should have learned by now. But we hope for the best! Anyways we got there at 4:10pm. Ordered around 4:15ish. It was slow, not many customers but plenty of employees meandering around and leaning against counters. I ordered an appetizer and my husband ordered a sandwich. Not complicated orders by any means. 4:50 rolls around and still no food, but some people who showed up about 10 minutes after us received their appetizers. We left and got Dominos instead.

Worst customer service - the manager is the worst. It was such a horrible experience. I ordered my food, came in to get and it was the wrong order. I was told that the manager would make it and it wouldve been out right away. After waiting for about 30 minutes, there was still no food. Asked the waitress and she went to ask the manager - he yelled at her telling her its coming right out. What manager does that? He never came out to apologize or anything. Definitely in need of a new manager. The worst customer service I have ever had.

Not the best of places. Appitizers taste like the Frozen ones you buy in the store and not fresh. Meals arent bad depending on the cook some times they are very good other times the portions are way too small. No consistency on the meal sizes, unless you get a burger. Music is loud and has been offensive at times (explicit lyrics). I try to avoid but but far not the worst place you could go.

This wasnt my first visit to this particular TGI Fridays. Usually the service and food is good. I guess my mistake was going on a Friday around the dinner rush, where clearly the management put the "b" team at the bar. Waiting a half-hour to tab out? Then having the bartenders laugh that it took so long? Sorry kids... You aint the only game in town. Wont be heading back anytime soon.

The place was cold they did turn down air conditioner but it was still cold. Also the music was so loud that I had to take out my hearing aids out and my wife said its too cold lets go. There was only one elderly couple maybe they were deaf I dont know. All the other people that were there were young people who like loud music.

Its about a 3.5 for service And 3.0 for the food. Its standard American nosh thats pre-cooked food made to go out to the tables and out the door. Definitely your typical yummy fat kid issues food fix! A must … youve got to try to Tennessee cake brownie dessert its OMG! Enjoy!

Service, decor, and everything has gone downhill in the past few years. It use to look a lot nicer but they havent kept up with the maintenence. I was seated at the bar area with my 8 month old even though there was plenty of seating in the dining area.

went for the $10 endless apps, now its $12, some apps were good, some were just ok, and one was terrible, might give it one more try before writing them off....service was ok, slow at 1st, sliw nihht on,a monday, but it got better the longer i was there

Sitting here in tgif trying to eat, had to send food back twice cause steak was almost raw not med-well like I asked for and while I am waiting I get to watch my waitress in a booth with what I hope is her bf. Making out.

The food was not too bad but was edible. It was loaded with pepper. Shrimp was over cooked. The Jack Daniels chicken plate looked very disappointing compared to the picture. It took 40 minutes to get food.

Had I realized it would take 25+ minutes to order a salad (No meat) to go I would have gone to Panera. People were nice enough but it took way too long, even for a new person.

Went in to buy gift cards and walked out. Very dirty place! Floors were sticky and you could see dirt and dust ! Windows Too! No thanks not going to eat in that place!

Inferior quality French dip sandwitch. Wonderful bun, very little meat/onion between the bun. Dipped into French onion soup. Cole slaw......just ok. Can not return.
