If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed my order at 7:30. The person told me that the food will be delivered after 45 minutes. An HOUR later, the food still didnt arrive despite it being 11 minutes away. I finally called them at 8:40 and said the food was on its way. It finally arrived at around 9:05. The food wasnt even good. The order for chicken fingers was extremely dry, the fried and onion rings were soggy and bland. The salad that came with it had a ton of brown on the lettuce. The buffalo chicken quesadilla was sour and also very dry. I HATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. Even when I was ordering, the cashier put me on hold for 3 minutes and what I heard during those 3 minutes was side conversations about other customers. I was so pissed, I hung up. Even for people with good temper, please dont order. Itll drive you nuts.

I dont usually write reviews but as a new resident of Peabody I have to say this is one of the best Pizzas we have had and we have had the real deal in Italy. We got the supreme and it was awesome, cooked to perfection and absolutely no grease - not even in the box when I put away the left over 1 slice! The delivery man was wonderful and so polite we tipped more than we normally would. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the lady that answered the phone was not very nice she acted like I was bothering her when I called couldnt get off the phone fast enough, hung up on me before I got the total.

First, they dont know what a pan pizza is. I picked up food and brought home only to discover it wasnt a pan pizza. I called and complained and told them I wanted a replacement Delivered to my home. I was told no problem. An hour and fifteen later I called back only to find out it had been blown off. I was irate and manager/owner told me he was to busy. I was waiting outside the door when they opened the next day, luckily he was smart enough to make a few minutes for me, and I got my money back. ..lucky for him

DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DELIVERY IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!Ordered food at 6:30 pm called at 8:30 pm to see what was going on and was told very rudely it will be there soon 9pm... still no food! Will never order from this terrible place ever again. Used to like this place too. Would have given negative stars if that was an option. FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER AT 9:15 pm sorry bella mia you just lost a recurring customer for sure And they got one of the items wrongg!!!!! Couldnt have had much worse service!!!!!

Called to place an order for delivery at 5:55 pm. Was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Almost two hours later we had to call to check on the status. Food was "10 minutes" out. 20 minutes later, still no food and called again. Was told less than five minutes for delivery. Food was barely warm, under cooked, and part of the order was wrong upon delivery. Extremely disappointing for our first meal in Danvers...

Had a stopover in Boston after a long flight. Too tired to get food so grabbed their menu of the lobby rack. Google reviews seemed good so gave it a shot. Pizza was great! Very tasty! Delivery to hotel room was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Like many other reviews it took over 2 hours to get meal. Tried to call but number went directly to voicemail. When it finally showed up the order was wrong. Cannot even call to complain. Worst food delivery I have ever experienced on the north shore.

I just want to say not only did they leave out a sub the steak tip salad was very bad but try to make up for the miss placed sub by giving a free pizza which was not good so all together a very bad order and will not order from them a again.

Ordered food online using Beyond Menu. It took an hour and a half to find out they just received the order. It took two hours to wait for delivery. Will not use them again!
