I came here looking for some decent Indian food on my business trip and since this was the closed restaurant I went in for dinner.. The waiter was walking around like a Thug in a bar.. No smile, welcome greeting and some basic courtesy.. When it came to ordering the good.. our waiter (Mr. Ramanaiah) was looking at you with a blank stare like what do you want.. I ordered MLA pessarettu... with little advise from our Mr. R. The worst pesarattu I ever had... It did not look like the dish I am familiar with.. Sambar was stale.. chutney was horrible. I hurried finishing the dish the best I can and proceeded to pay. The waiter literally came from behind and threw the bill.. I do not know how the customers are tolerating this waiter and bad food at this place. I will never visit the restuarent again at till thi tall, dark, bald thug Mr. R is out of the place.

Go to Minarva Norwood. Avoid Minarva-Natick One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. The Biryani might attract you but I strongly suggest you go to Minerva -Norwood. We went there for our anniversary. The waiters were very impatient, careless, rude, lazy. They look like fully grown swines. For instance they took away what you are eating without consent, make a lot of noise while cleaning the tables - it a very unpleasant while you are having food. They fight with the customers on the orders. The food was half cooked, we ordered Goat Curry and the goat was half cooked.Even the biryani was not good added to that the prices were very high. I would suggest going to Minarva- Norwood which is way better than in all terms like food/service/ambiance etc.

Id rate Minerva food better than other Indian restaurants in the area. The food has a South Indian flavor to it even in the North Indian dishes. They serve dosa as well, but it wasnt very good. The Chicken 65 appetizer is very good. And most of the dishes have their own distinct taste...not like using the same curry for chicken, paneer and lamb etc. The service is only reasonable...they try hard but many of the waiters sound rude (seems they dont intend to). The buffet is usually a good thing to try. They have a fairly large spread with some Indian-Chinese food as well. Worth the money for buffet and a good take out place. I wouldnt consider this a fine dining experience in the evening.

Usually I never write reviews, even how bad is food or service. I am writing only to save some people atleast. If you want to upset this is the best place, the waiter called ramanayya , stay away from him, he escaped from zoo, I never saw such a worst guy in my life. Not him only everybody is rude there. They take away plates while you eating, if you ask any things on side they will say ask another waiter. worst customer service ever. I think the owner doesnt care even people were offended by their staff. No body have minimum courtesy there. But food is excellent, if you donot care about your self respect you can go. If you donot believe my words please go and make your day miserable.

Best Indian food around. This is one of my favorite restaurants and I dont understand the number of negative reviews on this Google page. I feel like its probably one person with poor grammar writing all of them. The food is really, really good, especially for the relatively low price. Its very high quality; Ive never had a dish that I didnt absolutely love. There is immense variety, with tons of vegetarian and vegan options. A lot of people here seem to have problems with the service, and while the waitstaff doesnt always come across as particularly talkative or friendly, I have always found them to be very prompt and accommodating.

hi we visited a couple of times minerva at Natick, food is average but as we are doctors with busy schedule sometimes stop by to eat something. On new year day , we went for lunch buffet. after 45min waiting, he gave us a seat. The mannerless rude waiter who does the billing too threw the bill on us even before we completed. Everbody who turned up before us were also still dining. we could not eat anything , few items were already out of stock by 2.00 pm we unnecssarily used to give them good tips too, felt like shouting on that idiot. but silently walked out.we will never again go there in life again.

We had a great time at Minerva last night for dinner. We wanted to have a good meal at a quiet location and Minerva was very enjoyable. The location was perfect, too, as we needed to go shopping at Dicks Sporting Goods later (just a few shops down). The food was incredible (the naan so fresh, the meat so tender) and we had the best waiter, Wilfred, who was so welcoming, friendly, and comfortable. We were saying we would come back just for him! We ordered Palak Paneer, Tandoor, and Chicken Tikka Massala, all of which were the best we have tasted! I would recommend this to everyone!

Worst customer service. Food is good but they wont let you feel good about it. We had all we ordered on the table but no plates and spoons to eat. And strangely, the guy who gave plates to the American customers on next table failed to notice this. If someone takes your order, dont expect him to turn up again. Someone else serves food and he doesnt care if you have plates are not eating or not. Forget about being asked about food taste. And no one cares. And they dont mind if you say you will pay when you order, stand and eat. Because that seems to be their expectation.

The food was simply horrible.. Paneer Tikka was cold and wasnt paneer tikka at all. It was more like paneer manchurian. the kofta in malai kofta were like golf balls , only black from inside. dal makhni was really bad, just like ordinary dal with a lot of salt. The service was really poor, we had to ask for plates and spoons. The waiter was also incouteous. he asked me if only 2 naans were enough for us and gave us a stare. Please leave it to me to decide how much I want to eat. And its pricy like hell. 13 bucks for and entree the size of a soup bowl. really!!!

I called ahead to get directions - and the guy was rude over the phone, would you believe it? In retrospect, I should have turned around immediately and gone elsewhere... The food was good. The attitude of the serving staff was just the opposite!! Toward the end of the meal I was so irritated I decided to hang around longer than they would have wanted me to - simply because I knew they wanted me to vacate that table...That was sweet!! Even better than the dessert which was fairly good ... Will recommend to folks who Ive meaning to clear out of my rolodex!

No beating the food of minerva around MA..Best south food mostly hyderabadi and Andhra food...very good veg ,sweet in buffett..love it. service is absolutely good(nothing exceptional)..i donot know why people cry for very petty things when you are going just for a lunch..weekends is absolutely packed so do not try this for birthdays as sitting together and having a 2 hour leisurely lunch may be disappointing. All the waiters are immigrants probably poor in english so do not listen to these reviews abt attitude and rudeness as they do not have a clue.
