While the food was of typical Pizza Hut quality (neither great nor poor), what was atypical of this place was the service. We waited an hour from when I ordered to when the food arrived - we ordered pizza. Appetizers included a salad and an order of cheese sticks - we had to remind the waitress about them after waiting 45 minutes already. When the order was placed, it took the waitress 10 minutes to come back to the table and mention that one of the pizzas ordered couldnt be done (too many toppings). After we were done eating, we talked to the manager, who gushed about the waitress profusely, but couldnt otherwise justify our experience. The manager said we would get a 15% discount for our trouble, but our receipt indicated a 10% discount. Apparently, a 10% discount convinces others to come back - it wont this time. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

This Pizza Hut location is the best one I have ever been too. Their customer service and prompt service is just fantastic. We have dined in at this location as well as order via internet many times and have never had a mix up or screw up of our food and all the food we have order was GREAT!!!!! I have had some bad experiences with other locations and have not returned. I have even driven to another town to eat at another location.Pizza Hut has been my favorite restaurant and pizza place to go out to eat for over 15 years and with service like the location gives I look forward to another 15!!! Great Job on the expanding of the menu. I love it!!!! Thank you guys for the BEST PIZZA UNDER ONE ROOF!!!!

Weve been to this Pizza Hut Location many times and I thought the food was quite good. The problems for me occurred with delivered food at this location. Pizza and wings - thats about it for our order, the wings arrived in a broken box with five missing. In all fairness, the manager gave me a credit and a replacement order. On one delivery order the pizza was quite greasy, on another there were incorrect toppings. Other than the delivery issue, the food is okay.

We love that place. Spinach salad, wings, and pasta dishes are awesome. Spinach salad has warm bacon in it. Tastes so fresh. Tonite we had Spinach salad and pizza...thin crust. I love pizza and salad but again, try the pasta dishes (Carbonara is so yummy) and wings too! They really do a good job. Servers do a good job. They get busy sometimes but I have no complaints.

I get pizza from this place on my birthday each year. I go to the one that is in front of Schlotzskys and Hastings. I didnt like the visit. Only one person was working and the rest were fooling around. We only ordered 1 pizza with stuffed crust and wings and we waited nearly 30 minutes!!! It took a long time. The other Pizza Hut near Summit Fittness is better.

They answered their phone which was great. They said theyd be here 9:47 and here I am at 11:20 and Im writing this giving them a one star (because I cant give them a half star) on a empty stomach because they never came. And everything is closed now. Usually I order Papa Johns. So shout out to Pizza hut for killing my vibe. Good thing I didnt pay with card.

Im from another state and had recently had Pizza Hut pizza. Thinking that their may be consistent quality, I ordered from this location. My thin crust arrived at my hotel way too overcooked and tasteless. What really chapped my hide was the fact the order taker made no effort to inform me of current specials. Dont wast your time or money.

I ordered an skinny pizza from there and didnt check it before I left because I thought it was good to go. Arrived home, opened the box and saw that the pizza wasnt even cooked all the way. The pizza was runny inside and out and was halfway cooked...I didnt ask for a rare pizza!! You order from here make sure the pizza is all the way done!

Great visit. This store is formatted totally different than all others I have been to. New decor inside and lots of features. As to the food we got 2 medium pizzas for a discount and the nacho fries app with was very good with diced jalapeño being a nice touch over the normal strips. Nom Nom Nom

the worst value in the history of the world. the waitress jacked up the bill to $19.19 for a bowl of pasta, breadsticks and a drink, food was inferior to Olive Garden. dont get confused this is the one by the all-you can eat buffet, not the one by Dominos

they got all my order wrong I placed a online order of the $20 box the 2 pepperonis pizza 8 bone in wings and bread sticks I got 2 cheese pizzas tastes more like bread then anything they went boneless chicken that was over cooked

Excellent service here. The staff effortlessly took care of our rather large party all while being quite friendly. Their personal pan pizza is just the right size for someone who isnt very hungry.
