We went to this restaurant two days ago for lunch buffet. Foods was good, no issues on that. But they billed for three buffetseparate and a Coke instead of two buffets. When we asked about it, they said that theor manager is not available at the moment and will revert themail incorrect amount and change appropriately once he comes back. They collected my phone number as well and stated that they will call me back. But nothing happens, and they charged the incorrect amount. *** BE CAREFUL. VERIFY THE BILL BEFORE GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD ***

What ever comes no salt.Didnt get what ever we order.waited for birthday person food so long before we asked he says they were making afterwards when we ask again he says you guys didnt order that curry. No dessert even mango lasi, masala chai. Very poor service . Irresponsible answers. Really that birthday treat went bad.

The food is really good. Everything that I had ordered here so far is really in good quality and tastes so good. Compared to the other Indian restaurants nearby, this one is definitely on a best level. The only reason I did not give the other 2 stars is because sometimes they mixed up my order when I placed a take out. Also, their hospitality varies a lot from time to time. If those two drawbacks are rectified, I would definitely consider this is as a best restaurant.

Ive been twice to this establishment. The food is very authentic Indian- that is to say its not high-end gourmet quality Indian, just very authentic. The atmosphere was more Bollywood than Taj Mahal and the food was more common man than welcome-honored-guests-of-the-Raj. I have to say I was a little disappointed. If your concern is for authenticity at a reasonable price than this is a place for you. If youre looking for gourmet quality, than probably look elsewhere.

I would probably give it 0 stars for their worst service and the way they deal with customers. I have just ordered one chicken biryani and they took almost more than 40 min to get it having requested to make it fast. Point to be noted is that its not crowded and only few customers were there and its on weekday. Even after taking that long biryani is just average. If this is continued they will have to worry about continuing in long run.

The food was great and tasty. I had the "Gongura Kodi Kura" which was spicy and I loved it. The portion and taste was great. I definitely go back to try the lunch buffet at some point. However, the service is not good. They bring the foods randomly. For the party of 6, it took about 10 minutes for everyone at the table to receive their food. In general, servers are not good and dont take care of the table regularly and quickly.

We went there for dinner and ordered mutton biryani. When we were served the biryani, we immediately regretted ordering it. The mutton in the biryani was dry, over cooked and so chewy. Some of them were even burnt. The biryani was ok. Pretty bad experience. I have had other dishes in the restaurant which were alright though. This one experience will make us think twice before going to this place.

I have been to ~100 Indian restaurants all over the country, and this is hands down the best Andhra-style restaurant I have ever been to. I loved the variety in the menu, spice-levels of the food and the ambiance. I dont have any good reason to visit Providence in the near future, but I plan to drive all the way from Boston just to dine at this place. Would totally recommend.

Best Authentic South Indian cuisine in RI. You dont have to ask for extra spicy here. The weekend grand buffets are superb. Dosa station making them to order. 3 types of briyani, a whole table of vegetarian and a table of meats dishes. We used to dine at a few Providence Indian restaurants weekly. But now drive from east bay to Cumberland when we want Indian food.

This is my go to place when I crave for biryani and other South Indian dishes, I usually preferred lunch buffets, its pretty good with varieties of dishes but one thing I have to mention is poor management and the food organization was not appropriate.we had a delicious Hyderabad biryani and I would recommend this place to anyone who likes especially South Indian cuisine

I generally do not write reviews, but after todays experience, had to do that. We went for the lunch buffet. There was just one curry n a day. Absolutely no variety esp. for vegetarians. Had to wait forever for the naan/ veg biryani to arrive. My non vegetarian friend got a bad acid reflux after having their pepper chicken. Not going ever again.

We went there twice once for buffet and once for dinner. There was no non veg curry in the buffet. The waiters were in casual dress and it was hard to recognize between waiter and customer. They were short staffed and the staffed looked like they were forced to take orders, maybe the owners keeps the tip money. Food was not that bad though !!

We were so excited a South Indian restaurant was coming in our neighborhood. Place is spacious and comfortable. The service was good but the food is too spicy. For example we could taste nothing but red chili in sambar. Our friends had the same experience. Wish they would offer mild and medium option of sambar, rasam etc.

We booked the private room here to have my Dads 60th birthday party - they people were so nice and accommodating and really worked with us on the menu and giving us the space we needed. The food is great and the staff is friendly - would definitely recommend if youre looking for an Indian restaurant in RI!

Have dined once .., also tried sunday lunch buffet once. chicken briyani was good, and quantity was more than ample. Lunch buffet had lots of dishes. Food tasted fresh and was nice, but very spicy, wish they had some dishes in buffet that can counter spicy dishes.
