I have never taken the time to complain about any business as I worked food service before and try to be understanding but I felt compelled to write this because I have never been so dissatisfied with the service I received. My family and I have ordered from Goodfellas for roughly the last 3 years and nothing other then an occasional mishap took place up until our order today. The man on the phone was extremely rude and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him to take my order and I certainly put him over the edge when I asked to pay with my card and he had to type the numbers in. I asked for the 4 piece fried chicken meal with fries and was told it did not come with fries even though I was looking at the website while I was talking to him and each chicken item came with fries. I ordered a side of fries thinking maybe they had changed it but when our order came minus my sons pizza I noticed my chicken did indeed come with fries and we had extra fries we did not need as well as a condiment cup of hot sauce they put in with my order spilled all over it all. When we called about the pizza missing from our order instead of apologizing the man blamed the driver and told my husband I was wrong about fries coming with the chicken even though the website stated otherwise and I was looking at my chicken order that did in fact come with fries. I know things happen but after the way we were treated by this staff member after 3 years of loyal patronage we will NEVER be going back,

When is it ok for bartenders to call good paying client out by race. When is it ok for good payin customer be in the wrong for going to bathroom and allow college students to kick on door cuz the good paying customer cant finish going to bathroom super fast. When is it ok for staff have no respect to the customer that show up when bar is very slow when college kids on breake, and the good paying customer feels sorry and pays a crazy tip so the bartender can make a little something. Its ok for management to act very unprofessional to customers. So tell me why should i spend my good money for a place like that to be mistreated. So if that is what ur lookin for at Goodfellas is place to be, but if not i wouldnt advise it. Its the place to be were university of scranton students, bartenders and management wont call no college students by race, color or nationality out by name. But if u a jew, u spanish, u black, or u indian, etc be prepared. So really them days are over, the owner needs to get invovled with clients, not sit home and think everything is peachie. In order to really have good ratings is listen to customers they are alwayz right. Customers pay the bills so if a slight problem merges get to it dont wait. U have problem with ur management team. Listen to clients they help pay the bills not jus college students, real customes!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Awful, horrendous, deplorable and I could keep going. I pre-ordered 8 pizzas at 2 oclock and they said theyd arrive around 6. When 6:30 rolled around, I decided to call and make sure everything was okay they said "theyre on their way" and hung up. I did this again at 6:40 and received the same response. At 7 I received a call from the driver letting me know they were on the way which meant he didnt even leave when I first called the restaurant. I told him not to bother, figuring the pizzas would be cold by then and said Id go to the store myself to pick up new, fresh pizzas. The story gets even worse. Walk in and the manager is screaming at her staff and cursing in front of all her customers and when I explained the situation and asked for fresh pizzas, I was called a psycho and she threatened to call the police on me! Completely unacceptable and should be shut down for how disgusting their service is. Will NEVER return.

The lady at the bar accidentally charged my boyfriend for our drinks as well as another gentlemans. The manager on today made up for that by giving us a free pizza of our choice. For the most part, the staff is lovely and I only have an issue when I initiate an attitude. Great food, great service, great drinks. For everyone reading this who thinks they can scam this place for free pizza, you need proof of them messing up before theyll grant you anything. That being said, I also appreciate their level of cautiousness. I strongly recommend this place despite the mistake that happened. 5/5 anytime, anyday.

My experience: i think the place is cheap from a customer service point..pizza is as bad as the attitude of the girl who says she is the manager. Poor quality food, not at all clean in my opinion, hope the attitude of the staff will change for the better...like manager like staff! Her attitude is like we paying customers are at her mercy...I advise any one with class should avoid this place...really sad to see a place with good business potential being ruined just because of the staffs attitude. I wonder why the owner is not concerned about all the negative reviews about customer service...

This place is a joke. If it wasnt right next to a college campus, it wouldnt survive. Try going there during the summer. Its dead. Waitress took a $2 tip out of my change and when I tried to confront her, she avoided me at all costs. The rest of the staff, primarily the girls always working the food counter, are the most miserable, nasty people Ive ever met. Not to mention they want to charge $12 for a 6 pack. If there was another respectable 6-pack place in walking distance no one would even go to good fellas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Whichever girl was answering the phone on 2/2/16 didnt bother to confirm that she got my order correct or that she got all of my debit card info for the order. She just hung up as I finish reciting my info to her and when I call back again no one answers. I just get disconnected. Call a third time and ask her about the order and she says "What about it sir?" The way she said it sounded kinda snotty. I understand its usually a busy place but at least have some basic customer service skills.

Worst customer service ever! I even had the employee who took my money, tell me to go screw myself & hang up on me when I asked why my card was charged extra for someone giving themselves a tip! The food is good, but three times now I had delivery drivers & even a cashier at the pizza place give themselves an additional tip on the receipt without my permission! Sorry, but the pizza is not that good to get money stolen off of me!

Worst boneless wings Ive ever had. That and fries were nearly $15 delivered. The one guy at the takeout counter can be pretty rude, too. It also took a full minute to convince the guy on the phone that Ridge Row was an actual street and I wasnt making it up. The other reviews all mention the same thing: Rude staff, mediocre food. I never even consider this place anymore and havent ordered from here since the above "incident"
