3 HR WAIT TIME! So let me explain this little problem I had with this little wing shop in Bristol CT (I have never had a problem before) so im a common customer I usually order wings from wings over when ever im in the mood for wings. but today 3/28/17 I ordered myself some wings and a large waffle fry which I love so much I put this order through at 6:22 pm. I was at my friends house and he disided to order some wings also. So we both ordered through out phones to the same address and I felt like it was going to be confusing so I called them to let them know and I quote "hello, I just wanted to let you know that my friend and I just put two different orders online and they are both going to the same house, so can you please make sure they are brought together" and the girl on the other end said "yes no problem" so that was that .. well so I thought. About 50 –55 minutes later the driver comes and I looked at him funny cuz he only had one bag and it was my buddys food and i ask the driver "so where is the other back" and he replied saying "what ther bag" and gave kind of a funny look which I didn’t really blame the driver for this because the girl over the phone should of said something to him. So by now its almost been an hr so by the time the guy gets into his car and leaves to go get my food the hr is up so now im sitting there waiting. ANOTHER HOUR passes and by now its about 8:30pm and i think to myself "hm I guess ill call them again" and the lady on the phone I think it was the same one said "oh he left 20 minutes ago" so I just agreed and said okay. So another 30 MINUTES pass by so by now its about 9pm and i was getting angry. So the drive came to the house (different driver this time) he apologized and said it was busy and there where only two drivers and I thought to myself .. "well yeah my food should have been here a really long time ago" but i just said I was okay and moved on. SO on top of it being late .. sorry EXTREMELY LATE remember I ordered at 6:22 pm and got my food at 9pm (I have the phone logs to prove this) the food was COLD and for some reason everything inside the bag was wet. My frys where all soggy and cold everything was just a mess. I will never be ordering wings from this place again.

I love ordering from here from work and from home. I usually go with a combo and get waffle fries and a drink along with my boneless wings. My girlfriend and I add a milk shake every now and then when we want a dessert. Delivery is fast and reliable although there has been more than one occasion where a condiment or dip was missing. I order so often that the good outweigh the bad by a lot but it can be frustrating none the less. Great for large groups and parties. Highly recommend. ** I always order my wings and my fries "well done". Delivery usually causes them to be soggy otherwise**

Worst customer service ever. The management is horrible and the employees are very rude. Stopped going there for years and started back when they got new management. Turns out the management was still horrible and the employees were still rude. Wings are decent the first few times you go and then they start to undercooked them. You ask or suggest anything and they get ghetto with you real quick. Needs to close their doors asap. Horrible.

Not really great atmosphere, but after all, you want to taste phenomenal wings right? If taste is what you are after, wings over can bring it to you. I love their sweet BBQ, and a "hang-glider" order comes with an order of regular or waffle fries with no extra cost. They also have seasons for their fries if you want at no additional cost. This is a place for excellent flavor at a reasonable cost.

Could use an update on the interior or even just a good deep clean to make a difference in first impression (not gross just could tell floors havent been swept for prob a few hours, some cobwebs in the corners of ceiling and decor felt kind of outdated - not a big deal though). Garlic parmesan waffle fries are amazing. Cashier was friendly. Will definitely be back

This is the second time I tried Wings Over Bristol. Wings were under cooked. Skin was rubbery. Garlic parm was extremely salty and Wimpy had hardly any sauce. Teryiaki were okay but that was only because there was extra juice at bottom of the container. Wing It On is so much better.

Wings are really good, but prices a tad high. If you want celery or extra blue cheese they charge you. They are also very HOT. If you get the hottest style(which I did-with 25 wings) my mouth was on fire so beware! Also got the boneless honey BB-Q which were really great.
