One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to in the US.. There are some great ones in NJ, Chicago and Atlanta but this is by far the best by a long ways - for pure taste authenticity and variety ..The ones that are better are a few thousand miles away in Hyderabad. If you like flavorful food(somewhat spicy too but that is South Indian food) which is authentic to its bone.. This is the place to come.. Very friendly almost family like staff which makes the place an experience that goes beyond just the good food... The service is outstanding.. They are on top of things even if the restaurant is full. Its really awesome having tasty food. My taste buds started burning by having yummy food and specially having biryani felt me to feel like homely food. I noticed a wonderful receiving and serving the food with taste of mine. Also I have been ordering catering service from Minerva since last 3 years for sons birthday party. All of my guests really liked the food. I tried their both Natick and Norwood branches and the food is delicious in both places. This is the best Indian restaurant in Boston area.

I ordered a paneer uttapam & my friend ordered paneer tikka masala. The food was okay, not that good but we ate it regardless. At the end I asked for a plain dosa to go & the waiter wrote down a plain naan so I got charged for a plain naan. As soon as I saw that I got charged for the wrong thing, I told our waiter that I wanted a plain dosa & not a plain naan & he started arguing with me. I asked him to cancel the order which he refused to do by saying that it was ready in the kitchen. He told me it wasnt his mistake, & that he wrote down what I told him. Why would I order a plain naan when I wanted a plain dosa (clearly 2 different things)?? I left after receiving my plain naan but the service was terrible. I would have appreciated it if he was willing to fix the mistake & help even a little but nope. Will never return to this place.

Oh my gosh - what a find - the menu is full (more than I saw on-line) the staff were friendly and helpful and this is before I got to try the food. I was dining alone and when I ordered the onion pakora was advised the serving size was for sharing so switched to the vegetable samosa - outstanding. For a main course I ordered the lamb Rogan Josh and I can only rave about this dish. Since moving to the USA 25 years ago from England I have only found 1 Indian restaurant that prepares this exquisite dish as well. There were a few Indian families dining the evening I was there and that simply underlines the fact that this is authentic Indian cuisine at its finest. Geat job Minerva - keep up the good work. Thank you for a great meal. My only regret is that I am only here on business and may not be back in the area for several months.

We called to make reservations for 12 for the lunch buffet and were met with resistance and rudeness. They made it sound like they were doing us an incredible favor by allowing us to eat at their establishment. We arrived at the time they requested, but then they refused to seat us until our entire party was present even though the place was virtually EMPTY. Our meal was average as far as Im concerned and then the server came over and told us to leave because other people were arriving. Going out to eat should be a pleasant experience, instead we left Minerva in disbelief that they would treat customers so poorly. They claim their emphasis is on quality, taste, and service but I did not find one of those during my visit.

The food here tasted like something that I would have cooked and believe me, thats not a complement. This is one of the most mediocre food Ive had in a long time. I visited the newly opened Framingham/Natick location today and was appalled by the tasteless of it all. I am typically used to finding at least one tasty item in the jumbo buffets, but this was the pits !! I so long for the Curry Leaf restaurant which used to be in this location and they had their priorities right: they had far fewer items but the quality was fantastic. If you enjoy good food, youd be disappointed with this joint. God save Indian food from these purveyors of crap.

please dont order birthday party foods from here, the dishes were very old in chicken biryani they added the old chicken pieces and i found tamarind seeds all over the biryani. i have never seen tamarind seeds in chicken biryani. naan was like a elastic band.....i guess they have added all the leftover food from the whole week . humble request to Minerva ....Its a kids birthday party ....think of your kids in that place...parents might have so many dreams and want thier guests to have good food, they dont want thier guests to get sick after eating your food.

I often visit this place, since it was close to work. It is even better than before. So, I asked why, and I was told that there is a new owner/chef. The new chef and owner has made it fantastic. The food is great. The lunch buffet is generous and wonderful. It has spicy dishes as well as mild. It is one of my favorite Indian places in the U.S. Service can be slow, but its a buffet! The food is wonderful.

Horrible. I am a business traveller and an indian. I visited this place twice before rating at to avoid one offs. First time was bad and second time horrible. I order Dosa and Vada. The sambhar came from Fridzer and hence it was solid instead of its usually liquidity. When I asked them to give me sambhar in normal form, they just added water and gave it to me. All taste gone.

Worst Experience !!!...never go to this place. No quality of food, rude management, got to know that biryani is cooked only once in a week and served throughout the week..so stopped ordering. They serve left over in buffet...usually fell sick after eating food here...Dont get cheated with good reviews, its cheap trick played by owner. I dont even rate it as 1.
