We really thought wed have a nice lunch buffet meal there this past Friday, but when we arrived... nothing was out... no salad, no pizza, no nothing. So we asked if they do the buffet anymore, and the gentleman behind the counter says, Normally they do, but no one came in for lunch, so they didnt set anything out. And it was too late for them to set things out now.... I assume the buffet would have closed at 2 (maybe) and it was like 130pm. Thats fine, we then decided we would just get a med pizza and wings. BIG MISTAKE! We bought 1 medium pizza, 12 wings and a 2L of Pepsi and the bill was $26! The pizza was not good, we got the pretzel crust with pepperoni (which didnt go together) the salt was everywhere and very greasy and the 6 dry rub lemon pepper wings were okay.... but we didnt even try the other 6 garlic parm wings... they looked awful! Cold, Soggy wings... no thanks. SORRY, but never again Pizza Hut.

After placing an online order, the store called once to inform us that a thin crust pizza was not available as a large. On the way to picking it up, they again called to let us know that the wing flavor we ordered was not available. Do they not have an inventory of available ingredients prior to orders being placed? Do they have this low of an inventory? Not pleased with this store as of today, hope it turns around.

The first time we decided to dine in. Service was slow only two other people there. Waited 30 minutes for a cold pizza. The second time we called to pick the pizza up waited 20 mintues before we left our home. Still waited additional 20 mintues for it to be ready and once again a cold pizza. Poor customer services. No manager to be found. All teenagers. Will never go there again.

Only 2 other people and I had to get up go to the counter to see if we walk up to give our order. Luckily its Pizza Hut and we already knew what we wanted cause we never got a menu. If my sisters sugar wasnt low we would have walked out. Those kids need some training in customer service. 2 stars b/c pizza was OK but not great.

I had almost given up on Pizza Hut because the last one Id gone to was horrible. This location isnt even the closest, but I decided to give them a chance. Im so glad I did. The pizza was nice and cheesy, toppings were on point, no long wait time, and friendly customer service as well. I will definitely be back to THIS location.

We come in with a family of five on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm and was told the dining area is closed. Asked the hours dining area closes at 8pm and the carry out closes at 10. No signage states this and the hours are from 11 to 11pm online. Guess they have too many customers even though the place is empty....

We had breadsticks and the sauce was cold and when we were getting up to leave they turn the lights out on us. And normally at a restaurant the server comes over and asked if everything is going okay or if we need anything like refills on drinks

Went there last night and it was on fire. Needless to say, my pizza was burnt. Went back for lunch today and the restaurant had a bunch of smoke damage from the fire and was closed. CLOSED! During lunch rush!? Unheard of!

Its an easy review. Its Pizza Hut so you pretty much know what to expect. If you want gourmet than dont order here. Otherwise they make a good pie from the ingredients they have.
