I love qdoba, but this store is the worst in the area. The manager there will belittle the employees right in front of the customers. Shes done this the past 2 times Ive been there. She is so extreme with it, that it actually embarrasses me as a customer. The portion sizes are almost half of what you will get if you go up the road to the one in new albany. Save yourself money and humiliation and skip this store. Qdoba needs to seriously address this issue before I bring my business back to this store. I complained last time she did this, but apparently qdoba didnt care because it just happened again.

Service was terrible. Very slow, not because they were busy but because the employees were talking to each other, basically ignoring the customers. This was the 2nd time I have been to this location and the 2nd time I have seen people get fed up and leave the line. Theyre losing money thanks to lazy employees. Speaking of losing money. One of the employees knew a guy in line and made sure he received free chips & salsa, drink and meal, etc. Probably received a t-shirt and a hat for all I know Ha

The service was great, the food was good but didnt come with a drink and we were basically tricked into buying a drink when we were led to believe that it was included with our meal purchase. I ordered the chicken burrito and didnt put anything spicy on it as far as toppings yet it was so incredibly spicy that it was hard for me to eat it and finish it. The food was good though and like I said the service was very good. I would probably not come back again but thats just my opinion

Qdoba is a standard setup burrito joint. We came at about 12:45 on a Sunday (Chick-fil-A was closed.) There was a bit of a line, but that is normal for these types of places. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious. I got my habanero salsa on the side and shared my brisket burrito with my 3y.o. son. I fed 4 adult men and the boy for $32 and change, sans drinks. We all had water.

I had never been to Qdoba before, so I thought I would give it a chance. I stood at the counter for several minutes, I was never acknowledged or spoken to. The guy behind the counter was wiping something up or something, idk, but I wasnt going to wait forever, because the bus wont wait for me if Im not at the stop, so I left. My first visit will be my last visit.

Im a regular here and its always a good experience. I have to give it up to anyone that works at qdoba because it seems high stress dealing with food and people all day long. But the food is a healthy alternative to most fast food and taste delicious. If someone asked I would say its my favorite restaurant.

I miss the free chips if some of the other "create your own" burrito shops. The new jalapeños are awful; they are pickled and sweet tasting, the fresh ones are much better. The queso is by far the best part, its a shame it cost so much extra to put a bit on a burrito.

Good: Compared to other Qs, my food was probably the freshest and most well prepared... I commented about how colorful and bright it was. Not that other Qs are bad, this just happened to be a tiny notch better. Bad: Empty ice tea containers at drink station.

I like Qdoba in general. But this place gets low rating for sanitation issues. Theres this woman on the counter not wearing apron is extremely dirty shirt. Her diry shirt stouches the food because of her protruding belly often. Extremely yucky.

My daughter and I enjoy eating at Qdoba. The food is always delicious. I have one complaint, to much food. Makes me have to walk an extra mile lol. Service was good. The staff was courteous and fast.
