I havent been going to Popeyes as often these days as most of the restaurants I visit are not as "nice" as they used to be. This store is certainly an exception. I visited during a busy lunch rush - my order was taken very timely, the person waiting on me was pleasant and thorough. The store was bright and very clean. My food was exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. All the staff were extremely positive and cheerful. I will certainly visit this location again!

I love this Popeyes location! Customer service is terrific and the food is always good. With the exception of one of the managers, I have never had a problem. She was here one night and even though there were many customers, she refused to have the staff make more chicken Of course, they were the ones who to deal with the customers. I did complain and the general manager apologized and gave me a free meal.

Maybe I came on an off day but the food was awful. My chicken was overcooked, dry and cracked. The drive through line was very long and it took a while for me to order and get my food. The cashier was kind and friendly though. But Im unsure if Ill come here again. Popeyes is on the pricey side for fast food and you want it to be prepared the way it should be.

Since moving to this area this is so far the best Popeys weve found! The food was hot and delicious and the service was fast! My only complaint is that I asked for the gravy on the side (the gravy can sometimes be spicy and not all my family likes that) and they put it on top of the mashed potatoes. Other than that excellent!

Rude and untrained staff who denied that "blackened tenders" is an option when its clearly listed on the menu. Didnt explain that they dont have it here or anything like that, just acted like were incompetent for trying to order it (and we have personally ordered it at another location)

Dirty dining room, rude staff!! Out of large cups and onion rings. Never coming back to this place. Beverage station looks a mess and to top it off. They were out of toilet paper!!! I was about to call the health department for how dirty the bathrooms were.

Love this location. Staff is trained really well and theyre really efficient when it comes to services. Lines are usually long but dont expect to wait more than 5 mins for your food. There is always a drive thru and a huge parking lot.

Food was outstanding, especially the onion rings. Very few Popeyes still make their onion rings fresh every day like the Laurel Popeyes. Expertly managed and great crew of workers. Best on the entire East Coast.
