I wanted to like this restaurant but several key components of this establishment turned me off of reviewing with a higher rating. Mandatory valet fee of $5, even if one decides to opt against the service; highly distasteful. Our server was pleasant however and others in the building accommodated to our table, which was helpful and appreciated. Semi abundant selection of white and red wines as well as spirits. I opted for a glass of white with my entreé of Sachetti Al Tartufo Bianco (white truffle & ricotta stuffed sacchetti, tartufata cream sauce + aged fig balsamic) <--- which was easily a 5/5 on its own. Again, food was flavorful and ingredients were complimentary to one another. The menu is very diverse and comprehensible, it appeals to a variety of tastes and dietary needs. The atmosphere provided a stunning view of Clevelands downtown and was decorated in a tasteful fashion. All in all, a very nice restaurant but the valet service should be optional and no fee should be imposed, thats absurdity.

Went to Luca with a group of 15-20 for a birthday, which severely limited the food options because we were with a group. The servers literally picked up plates from underneath us while we were eating, rushing us on to our next course in the meal. $45 a plate for chain restaurant quality food, including a three slices of tomato/motz salad, and a cheap dessert plate family-style to finish the meal. Checks were brought grouped together, one per table. Asking them to split the bill by couple, as supposedly discussed while making the reservation, turned into griping from the waiter and we again felt like we were an inconvenience to Luca for choosing their restaurant. This is the first negative review Ive ever left online, but the dinner and the staff fully warrants this being posted. Food was average, service was poor. Plenty of other nice options in Cleveland. Will not be going back.

Food and service was phenomial. Our waiter was great, very personable and accommodating. Only down side was that it was pretty noisy and crowded. Main dining area had a great view of the city, but we got stuck at a table off in an aisle way away from the city view. We requested another table and got moved to the patio, heated and nice enough, view wasnt any better, but it was much quieter. Would probably get 5 stars if I had an opportunity to sit in there main dining room.

visited Luca Italian Cuisine couple times, its prolly one of my favorite for casual Italian dining in OH. we always order the handkerchief pasta, pizzata, and prosciutto with burrata and fried sage dough and some of their seasonal dishes. the pizzata has super thin crust thats filled with loads of melted cheese and pizza sauce. aged prosciutto with fried sage dough has dimensions in flavor and texture, so good! Must try.

Great food, we really enjoyed the fireworks watching the cooks Firing up at the Stoves doing their thing. Delicious Pork Chops. Sit at the Bar so you can enjoy great chefs. The only thing I can think of to make this more perfect, is to put the i in Cusine on your Register Receipts. Thats Cuisine. Obviously I am anal, and if this is my only complaint, then this place is obviously great.

Luca makes a nice contribution to the Italian options in CLE. With a table of 4, we shared 2 appetizers and 4 entrees so that everybody could get a taste of more menu items. The entrees included 3 pastas and the broiled fish. They ranged from very good to outstanding. Service was attentive and friendly. The prices seem about right for the quality. Definitely will be back.

In town recently for a getaway weekend with the wife. This establishment deserves all of the positive buzz (and then some) both of us were extremely impressed by the service, quality and presentation of the meals we received / if you enjoy fantastic Italian cuisine and great atmosphere Luca belongs on your short list. Will return should we visit Cleveland again.

This is truly a spectacular restaurant! Chef Lucas menu is tremendous! Excellent wine list (be sure to ask Lola for recommendations!), excellent all around service. Offers some of the best views of the Cleveland skyline and is packed with great art! Even has an original Michelangelo charcoal study! My wife and I keep coming back here!

Five star service all the way from valet to servers. We arrived 10min before closing on a Saturday night and they were gracious enough to let us dine in. Our wine glasses were never empty, bread basket was always full, antipasto platter had a good selection of cheeses and baked gnocchi dish was phenomenal. Definitely a special place.

We were squeezed in later in the evening and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. We had excellent calamari as an appetizer. Serving sizes were perfect for dinner. Pricing was reasonable. I can not judge authentic. I can judge quality. The food was top rate.
