The first time I frequented this location, the experience was good. I loved my waiter (forgot the guys name), the food was okay. So I decided to come back with a friend of mine. The only thing I noted was that they since they werent busy either time, they sit everyone at the tables right by the kitchen door, directly where everyone walks past, and smack dab in front of where the waitresses and waiters sit when theyre doing nothing. This particular time I noticed that two cops where seated in a more cozy section. I asked if that was V.I.P and asked to be seated there instead. Everything went downhill from there. At one point my friend & I were quietly joking around, the waitress came and acted as if we had no right to be doing anything but eating. Shortly after she walked away, the manager came over and asked if we had brought liquor in. ???? Random. The waitress kept popping up after that, not to check and see how or food was or to refill our glasses, but to watch us. We felt antagonized, couldnt enjoy our food and decided to get it to go instead. I must also note that my waitress this particular time (spanish lady) made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment we ordered, even before the whole harassment incident. She didnt smile once, it was strictly business. So its safe to say I wont be returning to this location.

This is the second time ive been here. The first time we walked in, the manager sat on her cell phone and stared at us, a couple of her coworkers were standing there talking and each one of them looked at us and didnt pay us any mind. Another lady who was running back and fourth to the kitchen and to the tables came up to us and seated us. Today, walked in, seated immediately. Took our waiter about 10 minutes to find our table after we were seated. We knew exactly what we wanted and ordered immediately. The waiter brought our drinks out and we didnt see him after that. We sat there at the table, no attention was given to us, for 45 minutes. We asked another waitress to see if she could check on our food. She never came back. Not to mention, there was no one waiting to be seated. The place was not busy at all, maybe about 2 other tables around us, who already had their food. The customer service is horrible here.

I always eat here whenever I visit my great aunt, brother, nieces or nephews or I am simply in the Maryland metropolitan area on business. The servers have always been pleasant, courteous, and attentive. Amy (IHOP Server) is awesome, smiles, emits pleasant vibes, and a genuine and caring demeanor! The food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly and with care. The location offers plenty of convenient parking and the spaces are not jammed too close like many parking lots.

Terrible service! Takes so long for order to come or even boxes to take home, my father had to get up and go to the front desk to get it done himself. The orders didnt even come right some plates came without the meat like it was supposed to. The waiters hang out in the bathroom on their phones. Some waiters brought us plates that werent even ours. We were served with different waiters and all of them didnt do their jobs right. Terrible just terrible.

The waiters are strange. One guy literally treated us differently than the old white couple a table down. Guess he thought we were "down". Idk it was strange. But he was cool tho. Generally, this place just is always dirty. We walked out today because there was fruit and utensils all on the floor and the chairs were dirty. How can I trust your cooks if you keep the place so dirty?!

Took my for breakfast, unfortunately we never had the breakfast. Sat and the waited for about 20 minutes without any waiter coming to our table. Its like we were ghosts at that ihop. Got up and left like we werent even seen. Dont waste your time and money here. Very bad service.

Our favorite waitress, Linda, always take good care of my wife and I. She along with the other waiters/waitresses greet us with a friendly smile and are very professional. We go there 3-4 times a month -- we love it!!!

When we sat down and it took 20 mins for a beverage. And after we ordered that took another 35mins and the food was everywhere. It was all unorganized. Probably the only good thing was that we were seated quickly

Not a good Ihop at all. Long wait for food and the quality very poor. The busboys use dirty rags and just wipe food particles on the floor. Very unclean. I recommend the Ihop in College Park as much better quality.

Worst steak omelette ever. They must have used two steakems to mix in with the enormous amount of eggs and mushrooms, and then had gisele mixed, they need to call it a steakems omelette, minus the steak

The food was great, the service was wonderful and the female bathrooms were actually really clean. I would recommend this IHOP! I will be back. Our waitress name was Lucy! She did a great job! :)

Worst service ever it took 1 hour to get our food after a 30 minute wait for our waiter to come to the table to take our order. I would never go back. And my food was cold when I got it.
