Worst experience ever!!! Stay away from this restaurant!! A few weeks ago my husband got some food to go and I had the worst food poisoning ever!!! I literally lost four pounds in weight from all the fluids I lost. When confronted with this news, I was put on the phone with two people claiming to be the managers, when they were clearly not! I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours and heard nothing back. I tried calling back a week later and told them I wanted a refund and still nothing. The fact that they questioned me and asked how did I know it was their restaurant that gave me the food poisoning was very insulting! We have frequently eaten at IHOP restaurants and had no issues. This experience has really put me off! I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. I just hope no one else ever has to experience what I went through. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant should be made aware of this. This restaurant needs to be reported to the Health Authority!!! This post was meant to have zero stars but for some reason it wont let me post it unless I put one.

This was the most horrible Ihop experience I have ever had. When we were taken to our table the seats were still covered in food and syrup. We ordered and when my food came the eggs were so covered with salsa that you couldnt even taste the actual eggs and the avocado was so hard that a fork couldnt even pierce it. My pancakes had hard little bits of something in them and were really small and tasted like they had been heated in the microwave and my husband agreed his were just as bad. When I reported my horrible meal to my server she offered to get me more eggs but then took over 20 min to bring them to the table at which point my husband had already finished his meal and my appetite was gone. I told her I didnt want them and my appetite was ruined and asked for the bill and she still charged us for my meal of which I only at the pancakes. Horrible service and food I would avoid this restaurant and hit Bob Evans around the corner if you want breakfast in the area!

I got a to go order for lunch while at work. I go pick up my order and left. I got back to my job and MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG. I called the Jessup store back and was told I could only have a refund if I came back. I explained to the manager that I was at work and was not able to return. He proceeded to tell me that it was my fault the WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG. He was belligerent and was YELLING at me. I had to call the store 3 times because they kept hanging up on me! They tried to give me a fake number to corporate 3 times. Finally the gave the right number after again YELLING at me and telling me this was all my fault. I would never recommend this store ever.

The food was great but the service from are waitress was absolutely disrespectful. My children wanted chocolate milk and were told they were out when they actually werent. The table next to us ordered it and once we left I called and asked if they were out and was told that they had it available. I guess if I call it racism it wouldnt be fair as we are white and the waitress wasnt. Beware as not all people are nice. We raise are children to believe all people are equal no matter what they look like or what could be wrong with them everyone has feelings.

this place ripped me off, the menu price had the price for $9.99 and the waitress charged me $12.99, when i questioned her about the bill she showed me in the to go menu it was $11.99 and said they charge $1.00 more after midnight... this does not sound right to me, and i am sure it doesnt sound right to anyone else who is reading this. So where else do they jump prices at midnight and dont put a sign up to say so on the menus. they wont let me mark this as a negative star forced to give it a damn star...

I had a very similar experience as the last review. Was told the wait was 20 minutes then 30 minutes later I ask if we will be seated soon. The hostess says 20 minutes and asks how long have I been waiting. When I replied saying 30 minutes she scoffed and rolled her eyes. Also management could be seen looming over the employees and berating them in front of the customers. Over all a disappointment which is sad b/c I have always liked IHOP.

Hate this place. I just had a order for pick up, toast did not come with butter, instead they put syrup. i asked for real eggs and still didnt get them. I ordered a chicken crepe (NO ONIONS) and then told her (AGAIN, NO ONIONS) guess what? I still got onions on my order. Very disppinted. Update: called manager, as i was talking to him he said, "Yes, I already heard you like 4 times" very unprofessional.. never coming again.

The food was what you expect, however, it was cool not hot not warm not even lukewarm cool. The bacon wasnt totally cooked but they make it in the microwave so they could quickly pop it in the microwave it. Very busy because it was after homecoming ( rowdy kids) they had not enough staff but the staff that was there was nice.. so I have to rate two stars because the food was cool and not enough staff.

The food was good. But again the service is absolutely bad. From the mangers to the servers. Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible!! They way the manger spoke to us was absolutely unexceptable. We frequent iHop too often and every single time we come to this specific location its always horrible service. Stay away! Go to the Laurel or Pasadena locations, you will get way better service and great food.

Got seated in a timely manner but had to wave down a waitress to place order then got served by what I can only guess was the waitress assigned to my table, cause I never saw her again, asked for napkins from a different waitress she gave me a "why are you asking me" look.......on the bright side the one waitress that took over my table.....EXCELLENT......thats why this IHOP didnt get a one star!!!!!!

The thing that plague alot of these resturants is just slow service. Same here. The waitress had to be told 3 times to bring me vanilla syrup with my coffee.. although I was seated quickly even with a packed waiting area. Service just too slow... and waitresses just seemed overwelmed...like come on...u know what your getting into...lol

Food tasted ok but the service was awful and took FOREVER!!! The only real complaint concerning food is that the avocado had several dark spots on it. Gross!Two other waitresses that werent ours, were out in the seating area talking loudly and complaining about their jobs. Very unprofessional!!! Very disappointing visit

I waited 45mins to be seated with my 3kids and husband we get to the table are silver wear was dirty! Ordered right when we got to the table,waited 40mins for are food then when we got it....it was cold!!! Ive been to ihops all around Ive never seen ihops portions so small it was unbelievable!!
