I was VERY disappointed with the service I received on March 20 2017 at about 5:00 pm I order a chicken breast meal original,my chicken breast was very dark (burnt) when I asked for a better piece of chicken was told no, asked for my money back the lady got a man and he walked away from me. The person with me took it back up and got a new piece of chicken.I will never go back again Very disappointed. I rate you a zero but couldnt get it to post without rating something.

The cleanest KFC Ive ever been too. Probably the cleanest in Lancaster of all resturaunts. Super nice people...told me thank you and have a nice day and smiled unlike any other fast food place. Pretty cheap too, the one in canal bigger meals are up to 3 bucks more than this KFC

If youve seen one KFC, youve seen them all but at least this one on N Memorial Dr in Lancaster Ohio keeps their Restaurant CLEAN, their food is top notch for KFC, and their prices are reasonable as usual.

I went there and got a 16pc family mean mixed white and dark meat, extra crispy. When I got home I found they had given me 12 original wings and 4 grilled breasts. WTF Lancaster KFC?
