Ive been using ProTrain Food for Fitness for over a year now! I initially started off with the 6 ounce meals last summer and lost 2" on my waist and 6 pounds in 3 weeks. It was an awesome way to kick off the summer! With the simple to understand meal plans, I was able to then tweak my diet accordingly to specifically tailor it toward my goals. My long term goal is to steadily increase lean muscle mass while maintaining a low body fat percentage. I switched to the 8 ounce meals and have been consistently eating those for 90% of my meals for the last 11 months. For me, Im about living life to the fullest so Im not afraid to have a cheat meal 1-2 times a week. However, the F3 meals are great so Im less likely to cheat than when I was eating chicken and rice 14 times a week. And the results have been awesome!! Ive made significant progress in the gym, can hike and mountain bike farther, muscle mass has increased, abs are showing. Lets not forget that I no longer have to spend 4 hours a week prepping food myself. The convenience of waking up to a weeks worth of food ready-to-eat has been the best part. When the weekend hits, I much rather be suns-out-guns-out then inside cooking food. I will continue to use Protrain because it doesnt get any easier than this when it comes to dieting!!

As someone whos lost all his weight in the past and been inches away from his goal years ago, I can easily say that it wasnt the hours of working out that were the hardest, it was the food! From bland chicken breasts to flavorless veggies, the food was constantly a struggle for me to maintain with my busy life and I did end up falling off and gaining back all my weight. With a busy career and a family at home now, things have definitely not gotten easier and I just dont have the time to meal prep my own food. ProTrain has been such a blessing for me and my wife! The food is so full of flavor that you begin to not even miss eating out all the time because its just that good! Im down on the scale and feeling great and know that I will reach my goals in no time with ProTrain! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthier, happier lifestyle that is tired of spending hours in the kitchen for just an "ok" meal. These guys have the nutrition down to a science and that precision is everything when trying to get in shape. Thanks ProTrain!

Between just having had a baby 6 months ago and working a full time job, losing the baby weight has been a struggle for me. Whether its not having time to cook something healthy or opting to just pull thru and get fast food for convenience, I began to notice a real dip in my energy level (especially bad with a new baby) as well as just overall feeling sick all the time because of what I was eating. Thats where ProTrain came in! Having been a happy customer in the past, I gave them a call and decided to make a change. Not only am I feeling better and losing weight, Im actually enjoying eating the food! Its not your typical "diet" food with no flavor. As experts in their industry, theyve been able to create healthy dishes that are actually delicious! Im excited to continue this journey and reach my goal with their help - especially as diet is 90%! Not professional at all. Customer service was TERRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The customer service provider was rude, and had an attitude and proceeded to hang up on me twice while I was trying to get my order straight. My delivery date was supposed to be today,and the guy told me that it wouldnt be delivered until two days from now. If a delivery date is a certain day, and its supposed to take up to two days for delivery and Im paying $36 dollars for shipping, I SHOULD GET MY FOOD ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. This company appears to be fraudulent and/or run by a child (based on the phone call I made). Either way, AVOID purchasing anything from this company. From what I gathered, even if this company is legitimate, I would not trust the nutrition quality. I would love to give zero stars but I will at least say the website was very presentable.

As a professional athlete, its paramount to monitor what goes in my body. For a long time I struggled with eating properly and my food prep was even worse. Then I met the guys from ProTrain. It was their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure all my questions were answered and my doubts were diminished. The quality of the food is what keeps me here. Ive never had such healthy food last so good. Going on two years now with ProTrain and its been the biggest tool I have in bag in order for me to stay on top of my game. Pro Train is a fabulous source for great tasting, nutitional, and filling meals whether or not weight loss is a goal . My boyfriend saw the positive results i was getting along with my "yummy sounds" when partaking and started eating the meals too . He was pre diabetic before and is now not even close to being "pre". He gives Pro Train all the credit. I am so surprised at the one negative comment about rudeness. The whole staff has been nothing but consciensious and wonderful to work with, and i have been buying the meals for over a year now. I cant recommend Pro Train highly enough. THE BEST!!!

chris and his staff are great! Meals are fresh and taste really good. I suggest this company to all my clients who want to lose weight and eat clean. They also make custom meals for the pro athletes I train during the offseason and leading up to the Draft. This year one of my clients training for the NFL combine had a custom menu set up by them and he came 10 lbs heavier then when he showed up and 6% less body fat. There always on time and will make changes on the fly. Im very grateful for all they do for my clients and I would recommend them to anyone! -Dan James

ProTrain was a pleasant surprise for me. I wasnt expecting to love the food the way I did. Their flavors are on point, their people are great, and they deliver right to your door! So not only are we in the kitchen less, but we have our food on our doorstep when we wake up! I definitely recommend the commitment pricing as its a great deal and you can save a lot of money! Going to be a customer for years to come!

Ive been getting meals from ProTrain F3 on and off since they opened. I live just out of their delivery range. So I have them ship my meals or I pick them up in store either way the food is Great and deliveries are always on time. Thansk Chris and staff for feeding me with your great menu!!! I always recommend you to others and continue to be a customer
