Me encanta comer aquí ... no se xq todos aquí se la pican con estos comentarios. Donde sea vas a esperar para tu comida ... las muchachas que trabajan aquí son bien amables y tienen paciencia. Asi que si no te gusta esperar para tu comida de 100+ Pieces de pollo xq regresas. Buen trabajo pollo campero me encanta comer aquí con mi familia!

Very poorly managed. They are regularly out of menu items (many times chicken - not good when you are a chicken restaurant) and the staff is rude. Concerns have been brought up to management and the response was "sorry there is nothing I can do, we are busy and dont have time to prepare more." So either their food prep is way off or their staffing is way off. But it appears that being sold out of items at 2 in the afternoon with no intentions of preparing more for the day is par for the course here. On the flip side of the coin their food is good. And everyone that I have introduced to the restaurant has enjoyed it. Guaranteed if you fix your management your sales will go up.

Manejar desde tan lejos nashville tn para pedir por favor si me podían poner mas pechugas en mi orden de 36 piezas variadas ....y llegar a nashville con hambre y buscar las pechugas ......y encontrar 1 pechugaaaaaaa...... No good .....

Una porquería de restaurante llegamos a las 8 desde Virginia Beach y las personas nos atendieron como si era fiado q pediríamos no habían bebidas y me dieron un pollo de lo más basura.. me gustaría q cerraran si no quieren vender para q malditas..

I hadnt been to Pollo Campero since I first discovered it while living in Guatemala years ago. It only took one visit to remind me why I love this place. The fried chicken is beyond flavorful, and you can get fried plantains as a side. How can you go wrong with that? The service was friendly and efficient as well. This place may not look like much from the outside, but its an international chain with delicious food. Skip KFC, and check this place out.

Have come several times and unfortunately they always treat customers the same bad way. Hate to see how they trow the food in the bag... without any care. They never have chicken theres always a wait.. I love the chicken only reason why I keep coming. If your planning to pick up I highly recommend to call ahead...

Horrible, they didnt give extra tortillas nor did they gave me the exact amount they were supposed to give ! Like, how they expect me to eat the chicken without tortillas? I fell in love with Pollo Campero in Guatemala. When we moved to Richmond, I was so excited to try this location. The service was prompt and incredibly friendly. The food was excellent, and the restaurant was spotless. We will be back!!
