This place is a trash hole will never eat there again went to drive thru only got half the order. Guess it was my fault once again for not double checking the order. to far to drive back to get it straight at least the kids get their food now I have to cook before going to a appointment THANKS FOR NOTHING AND FAST FOOD WORKERS WANT 15 DOLLARS.A HOUR NOT WORTH 1 DOLLAR A HOUR !!!!

I mean they have good food but this is not the first time I have gone to Roys and had this problem. I got a drink and a cheese burger to find hair, black hair inside of my burger along with the hair inside of my drink. On both of this occasions I have given my food back and left to go eat somewhere else. I love Roys but I do not want to go and find hair inside of my meal.

Food is good but the portions and quality is inconsistent. This past visit was poor in that I ordered a large roast beef and received a kids to maybe reg portion. In addition the fries were old and cold. I did write a complaint and asked to be contacted but they never did. Disappointing that the management will not respond to a written complaint.

Go here with my family often usually good service and food this time though guy at counter was kinda rude and acted like he was in a hurry like he had somewhere the customers were keeping him from not the normal people that are usually in there but food was ok at least Managers definitely need to enforced respect to the customers with the crew

Ive been to this location three times in the past two years. Every time they have either messed up my order, served old fries or a cold burger. Dont waste your money or time on this location, find another Roys to visit because this one will only serve to disappoint you.

Love, Love, Love Roy Rogers. Really wish they would come to Central Virginia. If Im in Maryland or West Virginia, I go out of my way to find a RR. Best Roast Beef Sandwich in the world. Excellent Fried Chicken too. Always clean dining area and restrooms. Love RR.

I have been getting Roy Rogers since the early 80s and when it went away for awhile I was bummed but I so excited to see it come back we eat there 1-2 times a week now..food awesome!!!

For years Ive always enjoyed Roy Rogers fried Chicken! I was pleased to see that they are still around, the Service wasnt the best but the Chicken I still great, crispy are juicy!
