I was told that I can get a free brekfest meal for my Bday so I came to IHOP on my Bday and all of the sudden I am told that I need to purchase a drink. When I got the check I can see that I was charged $3.17 for a glass of OJ that came out of the carton and with tip that comes out to $5.17 (the waitress did nothing wrong so she shouldent be the one to suffer) for a glass of non fresh OJ! Very disappointing. It dose not feel like it is my Bday it actually feels like a rip off! Given the fact that I hop is a large chain ihop has the ability to cut down on expenses but instead it is more expensive and the food is of lower quality then a local Diner. Furthur more the meal was half the size it would have come if I would have paid full price andvthe hash browns were stale. Never coming back to IHOP, only local Diners from now on.

I called to place an order for Strawberries & Cream Crepes. I asked if I could add banana slices. The girl seemed confused and then said it already comes with that. Then put me on the phone with another woman. She took my order as well, then while waiting for a total a woman asked if she could help me. I told her Id already been helped. She then said the girl had to take a table. I repeated my order and came 10 minutes later to pick up. Not only did my order not have bananas but I asked the lady if this was strawberries & cream. She said yes, and took my money. Literally there was 4 strawberries, barely any sauce and no vanilla drizzle like advertised. My food was cold and the side of bacon was burnt, probably why they gave me 2 extra pieces. Disappointed in the lack of knowledge and service. I wont be returning to this IHOP.

I actually gave it a 2 because the sever was very pleasant. I came in at 8 and had to get up at 820 and ask how many servers they had because it was only 4 tables. The host stated it was 6 and now its 3. I had a blank stare and said thats crazy because I am about to leave. She apologized and said you werent helped let me get someone. If it wasnt for my 9 yr old loving pancakes I would have left. I sat back down another 5 minutes and I hear a server say Ill take them mind you she was serving the other side and came over. When she came I said someone sent you over because I feel like where the sympathy table on some rock,paper,scissor mess. Ridiculous!! Shewas very pleasant and made up for thr horrible beginning an served us quick she is the only reason this rating got a 2.

Worst service I have ever had in a IHOP establishment. Aside from the waiter which deserve a 3/5 * rating, the food deserves a 1*. I ordered the new bacon crusted chicken breast with a side of potato bacon soup. The soup was cold. Not hot at all as soup should be. It was all watery when its supposed to be rich and creamy. The dish itself was not piping hot, rather lukewarm. To me the soup tastes like old soup that was just watered down but didnt manage to get it hot properly. Dish itself felt like it was ready and left for about 7-10 mins on the stand waiting to be served. Out of all of this, the only thing I can rate 5* is their hot chocolate. It was delicious. The place was not even packed to be excused for food service and quality. Never coming back here again.

Very bad customer service. Ordered french toast and bacon with eggs for carry out. Food was sitting on the counter as I walked in, I wait in line to request my order, its sitting there. Was told to wait while they proceeded to sit everyone else in line. The eggs were scrambled, I ordered over medium and the price was crazy. $1.49 up charge for a piece of bread cut in half for french toast? ........................... I told them to keep it--Dunkin donuts is right next to them, half the money and consistent. It may seem like a good idea, but this place has issues and its the people working there..........

The store is new. Thats about what this place has going for it. The food would be classified as good if they got the order consistently correct. Ive been to this location three times since they opened. The first we dined in. Nothing special. Service was on the OK side. To be expected. The last two times visiting we got carryout. Forgotten items in each order. On the third visit, I noted that there was a forgotten item in the last visit. I was met with a dry "Well, we didnt forget anything this time." Well... they did. Ill be avoiding this location for a while to give them time to settle in.

The restaurant overall whole was not the problem. The hosts staff were playing, hitting each other, flipping hair, singing, dancing, etc (KIKI and BRYE were the main ones). Just unprofessional period. They were all crowded at the front, standing around. But our waiter Josiah was great and even handled a difficult customer very well. He was polite, gave great service and was helpful. Another staff member Osa also answered our questions. I would go back again, and hopefully the hosts will be more prodessional as they are the front face of the restaurant.

Walked in and was sat right away but took about 20 minutes to even be greeted by our server. Food took a long time to be brought out and the restaurant wasnt that busy. There were more employees than customers. Employees were playing around and sitting at tables near us on their phones. The food was ok but my hash browns came out cold. Disappointing does a new place. Not coming back.

This location sucks. The parking sucks, the staff is very unorganized and not very professional. I attempted to place a phone pickup order and no one answered. I went to the location at 1030 and it was a zoo. I waited 15 min just to attempt to place an order. No one wanted to help me. Hopefully they improve their service.

Not the best. Lots of staff but still waited forever for our food and when we got it it looked like a 10 year old made it. Messy and undercooked. My eggs were super runny and gross. I also had a stain on my plate and it looked like dirty dish water. Not worth it. Wont be back :(

This IHOP has no waiting area so people stand next to your table staring at you eat for the 25-30 minutes you wait for the table. Then the waitress brings you half your food order and tells you the menu is wrong until you ask for the manager

I visited this IHOP in September 2016, the service was not good compared to other IHOP establishments. The food did not taste like other IHOP restaurants, excluding the pancakes. I think they need a more experienced cook at this location

Service was great, but my cousin got eggs and the whites were runny, and she sent them back, for them to come out the same way again. They did however take them off her bill . the ladies next to us the pancakes were raw in the middle.
