Stopped in tonight and they took way too long in the drive thru. There was a new male employee that did try to get my order right but the two ladies screwed it up terribly. What I ordered: Whopper with Cheese Med Fries Med Dr. Pepper Bacon Double Cheese Burger with only mustard Large Fries Large Dr. Pepper 10 pc Nugget Med Fries Med Coke Ketchup What I got Whopper without cheese no fry Med Diet Coke Cheesburger with Mustard Med Fries Large Coke 10 Pc dried out crusty nuggets Med Fries Med Coke No Ketchup Why is it so hard to read a dang order and put the items in a bag? And these folks think they should get $15/hr. Please, my two children can follow instructions and do that job. Will not be going back to this location.

I had whopper sized double burger. It was lukewarm, cheese was melted but just barely. The meat patties were gray with no char marks or flavor. This char flavor is for me what differentiates Burger King from the other burger chains. Last but not least was the bun. I could feel the hard edged shape of the lower bun through the wrapper. It was almost crunchy when you bit into it. I eat at this chain frequently and have for decades. Ive never been served such a poor quality sandwich from any of the other stores Ive visited. As ubiquitous as this chain is, therell be no need for me to ever stop at this particular store again...

Horrible doesnt begin to describe this establishment. If I could give it negative stars I would. Service was horrific, and even the manager was rude! We went to eat our food, chicken fries were hard as rocks my son refused to eat them. My husband and I ordered the 2 for 5, extra long cheese burger and the original chicken well lets just say we Went home hungry and I ended up cooking, not to mention the tea was rotten! Will not be going back no matter what! Sad that this establishment has turned us away from the once delicious grilled goodness thats Burger King.

The Service is horrible!!!!! So it took 25 min to place a order in the drive through with only 3 cars total. After placing the order it took 15 minutes to get to the window. I was asked if I wanted any condiments I asked for ketchup and zesty sauce. The manager yelled "Did he pay for it" "No!" Then the employee just looked at me and stated like can you drive off the timer is still running untill you pull off...Wont ever go back to that store.

Placed an order. Not totally wrong. I ask for and was charged for pickles and onions. It had pickles only. It was the BBQ bacon burger, #4, I was charged for and given a BBQ bacon king, #6. The line person, supposedly the manager, was not helpful or interested in helping. At least no mayo was on my food. I gave one star because negative stars is not an option and it will not let me post with zero.

Just tried the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich. What would make it better is better lettuce and only using the good part of the tomato. The lettuce tasted like it was about to go bad, no green lettuce like the sandwich on television. I was disappointed.

Their drive thru constantly get orders wrong which causes you to park and go in side to get it changed. It is not "have it you way", but anyway they want to serve you. This has not only happen one time but three or four time.
