We had a party of 8 at 6:30pm on a Sunday. We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. And then another 45 minutes to receive our food. There was a wet dish rag left on our table when we were seated that nobody every picked up. They were out of: Straws (for drinks) Ranch Dressing & Ketchup One of the 2 Medium steaks we ordered was cooked to the point of Well Done (no pink at all). If you must have Cracker Barrel, I would suggest going to a different one. Maybe White House, TN or Bowling Green, KY depending on the direction you are traveling.

We came here, after driving all day, skipping many Cracker Barrels along the way, to find one close to our hotel. Most of us wanted the dumplings in one way or another, as an entree or side (because theyre pretty great). As the waitress was taking our drink order she mentioned they were out of dumplings. It took us a couple minutes, but we realized we had no idea or desire to order something else, so we left. Needless to say, a terrible start to our evening.

Not a very good experience. I ordered chicken tenders, at least 2 of 4 were raw. As compensation, my entree was cut in half. We had been traveling for about 10 hours with three family members that had colds and were not feeling well. At this point I wasnt going to dispute the bill. Very disappointing. Also, dessert was ordered and brought to the table, which had not been cleared, it still had not been cleared when we left.

We were seated quickly, it wasnt too busy, we however then waited 53 minutes for our food after the order was placed. Our waitress only came to our table 2 times during that time (filled my husbands coffee and I flagged her down for more water). It definitely got busier while we were waiting, and many tables that were seated after us got their food long before us! Very frustrating!

Its Cracker Barrel. You know what to expect. Food and service once we were seated was up to par with any other. It was the day before Thanksgiving, though, and while it didnt appear to be that busy, we had to wait 45 minutes for a table at 1:30pm. I dont think they were quite prepared for the travel rush crowd. Good thing we werent in a hurry.

Service is very good. The service is fast. I sometimes feel rushed sometimes. Food is pretty good. Vegetables seem pretty bland most of the time. The mashed potatoes are pretty plain and dont come with much gravy unless you ask for extra. The meat dishes are generally good. Havent tried any fish or salads yet.

Beyond fantastic, I had the beef campfire dinner.On my way to the checkout I asked if there was any dark chocolate shelved anywhere and a sweet lady took me to a selection where I made my choice played my bill and enjoyed my chocolate way on down the road.

Menu wasnt very clear. Picture on the vegetable plate showed corn and turnips. I only received the turnips. The server informed me upon receiving my meal that it was only one vegetable and two sides. I thought I was getting both the turnips and corn.

Rita was great she handled my large order order with ease and precision. The food was great and got all the little extras I needed to complete the meal. Its been 15 hours and Im still full. Thank you for the top notch service, I miss you already Rita.

Very disappointed... the silverware was very dirty.. the scrambled eggs we awful. They werent even scrambled they were flat. I love cracker barrel but the one in Franklin Kentucky I will never return to! Sorry but u guys need to do better!

Ordered to go food. Food was ready on time. Food tasted great. Would do again. Much better than the Cracker Barrel 20miles up the road. I couldnt get anyone to take my order up the road at the other one. This one had much better service

Horrible food. My fish was cold (husband agreed), so she took my plate back and microwaved it. Not sure if its because its an inland location, but you dont microwave fish. I ended up with a chewy mess and, now mushy overcooked carrots.

No air conditioning. Service was good. Food was good. But the entire staff and customers were absolutely tortured by the lack of air conditioning! Old town ideals. But seriously update your a/c!!!

It was ok. They were moderately busy, but not slammed even so it took quite a while to get out food and drink refills. However the food was hot and fresh when it did arrive.
