Food was good, pecan waffle was awesome. The staff was nice. Three hitters though: 1) while bussing tables the gentleman dropped the wash cloth on the floor, rinsed it in the bucket and went back to wiping the tables down. He should have walked the offending cloth to the.back and came back with a fresh , dry cloth and finished the task. 2) too much loud personal banter. It seemed the male employee was hitting on the hostess the whole time. 3) NO F-BOMBS! As I sat and watched the room while this employee speeed his rant, it made it very uncomrtable for the guests. Other than that the food was great!

I walked in to find the restaurant filled with thick cigarette smoke. When I inquired about it, I was rudely told "There is a non-smoking section over there!". She pointed to a table located directly NEXT to a smoker. Do not misunderstand, I love Waffle House. And I have eaten at many of them. Unfortunately, this one will never be visited by me again. I will drive 14 miles south back into Tennessee and go to the one in White House. The staff there is superb!

Friendly staff and quick service. Clean restaurant. I ate inside, rather than taking it out with me. That is unusual for this particular Waffle House (due to the proximity to the interstate and to a semi truck stop). In other words, it seems to be a popular place for semi truck drivers to get takeout food. This is not a problem. I recommend it!

It seemed a little dirty when we stopped in, my small family of 4 didnt even have enough room at the table for us and our food. It took several minutes to pay the bill because nobody was at the register. The food was just OK; however, the wait staff was nice.
