This place is consistently good. Its usually prepared in a decent time, but be warned that their drive thru is a bit eccentric. It has 2 90 degree turns, and the wait is not so fabulous. Id park in the parking lot, walk in and leave for faster service. Im giving this 5 stars because the people are nice and the food is good. The restaurant is very clean and newly renovated.

Never had an issue with this TB! Never messed up my orders, never a rude employee, never slow service. Alltogether one of the best TBs youll ever come across. Sometimes the doubledillas and burritos are skimpy and underwhelming but Ive never been too disappointed. Keep up the good work Franklin Taco Bell!

The Taco Bell in Franklin is infamous for 1 thing: inconsistency. Only in the drive-thru though. Seems like they always get 1 thing wrong with your order if you order more than 3 items. Other than that, perfection for me every time I go. Just go order inside and carry out if you can.

Wait times in driveway thru are sometimes way too long. Orders are carelessly prepared and food is often not how you asked for it. Staff is unprofessional. Went a lot for a while but after my order was wrong again today I am not going back.

service was slow after we recieved our food the cashier proceded to take off her uniform and let her hair down then continued too frize and scratch it out around 730pm on 3/7/2017 it grossed us out so we left

Its a small store with higher than average prices. The staff is nice but the service times are below par. I dont suggest going through drive thru unless you are not in a hurry. The good is fresh though.

May, 2015.... I ordered the 12 Pack... 6 Soft Tacos & 6 Hard.... The meat was stewing in grease, which soaked the Shells and Dripped everywhere... even through the wrappers! The Manager should be fired!

90% of the time, my order has been wrong. Ive even gone back to have it corrected and it was still wrong. Usually very slow service as well.
