Of all of the Waffle Houses Ive been, this was the worst. It took 10 minutes just to get a coffee. The waitress was nice enough, but all of the staff that were there acted like it was a chore to be there. When the manager came in towards the end of our meal, he was all over the staff for no name tags and other things.. The food we got had to be sent back twice for being incorrect. While I do enjoy the Waffle House brand, I went to their competitor the next morning, in which the staff were grateful we were there, attentive, and happily served us.

My husband and I came to this location a monthuge ago and we had a order to go, when we got home, our order was wrong and I called to speak to a Manger, a girl answered and told me you get what u pay for, when I asked for a manager she said no management was there and hung up...tonight we went back and placed a Togo order and of course it was wrong, now....no one is answering the phone. This location is full of crap servers! I wont return!

Got there at 510am not a customer in there but us 4 there were 6 employees in there. .it took 15 minutes before she came and ask what we wanted to drink. .then after that another 10 minutes to take our order. .we had to be at work so we paid for our drinks and left. .I have been to waffle house all over the country. .this was by far the worst I have ever been to. ..Im not trying to be a ass but this was uncalled for.

I came in and the waitress wendy didnt speak or say anything. Im getting my order to go and she go to the table where the other people that came behind were. To take their order and acknowledged them. So Stephanie waitress just got came to work and clock in, she acknowledged everyone, came straight to me and asked if somoene took my order. Thank you Stephanie for the great customer service

Wanted a chicken salad so bad! Ended up with rotten shredded lettuce a piece of sliced cheese tomato and half a chicken breast for almost $8 took it back a she apologized saying she couldnt see that the lettuce was bad. Not to count for no crackers worst Waffle House Ever!

Staff need to be trained on customer service. I received my order and told they had no eating utensil for carry out. Another instance they were out of cups and my soda was placed in a coffee cup. I have call corporate twice and was told that an investigation would be done.

If I felt like driving back downtown I would actually throw this entire plate of food in the bi**h face that cooked it or whatever,, I dont eat hair and for everything extra that I asked to put in my food isnt there,but I was charged for it,,,Nasty Bi**hes

Great place to get a bite to eat at random times in the night. No matter how late or early. I also like breakfast so thats a plus on its own. Other than that, its a great place for a pit stop to rest up and get a quick bite! Try it for yourself.

1 other person, late night, 2 employees and service was EXTREMELY SLOW. Had to re-ask for creamer, silverware, steak sauce, Mayo... then asked each time... how many creams, Mayos etc...coffee was bad, so strong, bitter and old.

This is my favorite WH in town, and Ive been to almost all of them. That might not sound like much, but there is probably a thousand WH in Montgomery. The staff is very friendly and always remembers my boy and I.

The last 3 time I have ordered, there always something added to my food that wasnt asked for... Its ridiculous! Theyre staff needs to be able to distinguish between bell pepper and jalapenos!
