As usual ordered online from Vegetarian section of the menu. You know, the one that you outcast to the very bottom end of you menu, after Sides and Dollar Cravings... So my 7-layer burrito was stuffed with chicken and Veggie Power Menu Bowl had a few shreds of bacon in it. Bacon pieces I can understand got in the bowl by accident. But why did you stuff a veggie burrito with chicken when base option says beans. And even customization options for 7-layer burrito are only no beans, extra beans, black beans. I am not obsessed with beans, a boohoo vegan freak (as you may call us). I just refuse to eat animals for no justifiable reason. I hope somebody will feed you a veggie patty and tell you its beef... Why have vegetarian options if you dont follow. This was the first time when I ordered and didnt confirm on a pickup whether they put any meat in my items. This is not the first time, however, when I got meat in my vegetarian choices at this Taco Bell location. I usually double check and ask them and 1 out of 3 times they have to replace it, because they want their customers to eat meat so much, I guess.

The crew is usually nice, but they dont seem to really know what theya re doing half the time. Orders, even small and simple ones, tend to take up to 5 minutes, or sometimes more, even when they arent busy, so dont plan on going through quickly. Other than that, I mean, its a Taco Bell. Dirt cheap for fake Mexican food that is really American food in Mexican-ish shapes made of questionable ingredients. You should know what youre getting into. Its the guilty pleasure for people who dont want to spend much money.

Poor service, uncleen dining area, and an employee had their dirty nasty flip-flops on one of the tables. After we ordered I went back for something else and had to wait 5 minutes till they decided to help me, knowing I was standing there the whole time, and we were the only people in the lobby. My wife decided we will never go back to that taco bell again.

This particular Taco Bell seems to be consistently cleaner and staff more friendly that others I have tried....the tacos seem to always have generous portions of all ingredients and hot out of preparation area. If you ask for just a little extra of something they respond happily. Manager even comes around asking how you are getting along...

Absolutely nothing good to say. The employees were dancing around the food like they were doing an Indian rain dance while listening to rap music"very loud" that had cursing in it. I walked out and didnt even wait for my food that I had already purchased. Ashamed that this place exists in my neighborhood.
