This is a motel but it is maintained well and truely a fun atmosphere. We stayed during 4th of July weekend and did enjoy our time. The pool is lovely, but get there early to find a chair. I think they accommodate guests that are not hotel guests and it gets over crowded. The tiki bar is a bonus but again expect a wait during holidays. The food is good and reasonably priced. You can bring your own food and drinks to the pool as well. As far as the room it was decent. Its been maintained nicely. I have to say that Fran and Heather the management really care that their guests enjoy themselves. I was impressed with their hospitality! This is a great place for families. My children loved the pool as they were able to stand in most spots and they allowed floats. Even on a holiday weekend the beach was not crowded. This is a hidden gem in Sea Bright!

I really enjoyed my stay. Check in was seamless, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Room were clean, super laid back, and having the water front tiki bar and restaurant was perfect. A very lovely spot, and the beach across the street, priceless. Cant wait to go back.

My fav summer spot to come to during the week day - small menu but the food is consistently great (esp the fish tacos) staff is friendly - its a hidden local spot thats super inexpensive for waterfront drinks and dining

Kudos to the Beach Walk. We hosted a 60th birthday party there recently and the location, the food, the drink and the service were all fabulous. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful beach boutique look. Beautiful renovations. Manager was very accommodating. Would totally recommend friends to stay when visiting the shore.

magnificent setting by the bay side. a nice place to have a meal & drinks with friends and family. parking can be a challenge if you are not a room guest.

Took forever to get acknowledged and/or seated. Smokers allowed throughout outdoor seating area and wandering indoors despite "smoking section" outside.
