Horrible! Messed up our order. Refused to remake or refund the order. Then called 2 hours later offering a free fried rice for them being so rude - on our next purchase. The food was left in their hands! Had to dispute the amount from the credit card company. All we wanted was General Tsos chicken non spicy - how hard is that. Whom ever is in new management is rude and insulting. The restaurant has been going down hill lately, food has been tasteless and watery. Spent many years going to Szechwan Palace-not now, its definitely not worth your money. Your better off going someplace else. STAY AWAY!

I ordered beef lo mein and two egg rolls. I live less than a mile away and upon receiving my food my noodles were extremely dry and I had to drown them in soy sauce making them inedible. To top it off I gave the driver a $5 tip and he came back and knocked on my door to tell me that I needed to tip him more. I gave him more and I would never order from here ever again

Seriously, dont be deceived by the low ratings. The food here is SUPERB. Ive been going here like crazy ever since I first tried it. Blows most asian places out of the water with their flavor. I would recommend coming on lunch hours 12pm-3pm and getting any lunch special. Only 6.50 for quality!! Get the hot and sour soup with your combo, best soup imo.

I love their beef lomein! Im from Virginia but I have to go here any time I visit Maryland just for the beef lomein. My family all loves it too , but they get other things like their beef & broccoli and their orange chicken. I would highly recommend going here any time you are in the area.

Bad costumer service. I went in to eat, i left my car keys on the table and instead of handing them to me, he drop them on the floor. Food is bad, i found a hair on my food and they never cooked things right.
